Wide open spaces both indoors and out present a variety of scenic settings for both togetherness and solitude. A vaulted great room, furnished screened porch, and breezy wrap around porches with rocking chairs welcome Uno players, lemonade sippers, and Kindle readers while the waterfront deck, fire pit, and gazebo present the perfect venues to watch the sunset and toast the day (plus a few marshmallows as well!) Kid- and Fido-friendly, parents love the bunk beds, ping pong and pool tables, and cornhole game plus the nearby quiet cove perfect for tubing and waterskiing. Foodies appreciate the well-appointed kitchen (with two additional refrigerators in the garage), anglers relish the bass-, bream- and catfish-filled waters, and daydreamers savor the 180-degree views of the lake.



Nobody’s Business is located on the south side of Lake Murray near Acapulco Landing known for its great fishing.

Weekend getaway

We decided to make a weekend getaway with friends and really enjoyed this property! The only downside is that we couldn't stay longer! The house was very clean, and well organzied, and exactly as listed. We are already planning our next stay!

Excellent Lake Murray House!

We had a wonderful time at this lakehouse on Lake Murray for our annual fall fishing trip! Great location on the lake with plenty of dock space for boats. House was very clean, well stocked, and owner was very friendly. Overall, a great experience and hope to come back in the future.

Weekend Get-Away

Great time at "No Body's Business." Home was beautiful and the lake was even better. Only issue we faced was a drainage problem with the dishwasher which meant we had to hand-wash our items but the beauty of the lake more than made up for that minor inconvenience. Hope to stay again in the future.

Perfect!

What a wonderful venue to celebrate our daughter's graduation from college with family and friends! Nobody's Business was perfect - the perfect place to be together with family we hadn't seen in quite awhile. The house had everything we needed and what a view! Thank you for sharing your lovely house with us!

Absolutely gorgeous!!

The condo was gorgeous. The views from the penthouse deck of the ocean and the beach were spectacular! The condo appears to have been recently renovated. It looks like a picture out of an interior designer's magazine. We truly enjoyed the gourmet kitchen and the luxurious bathrooms. I highly recommend this condo for the perfect vacation!

Son’s wedding

We had a wonderful time at Nobody’s business. We rented the home for our sons wedding, the accommodations were perfect for our family. Each group had their own rooms and bathrooms. The house is even bigger than the photos depict. Due to weather we didn’t get to spend much time outdoors, but the dock, view and outdoors areas were great! The owner was also gracious enough to let us host the rehearsal dinner at the house. It made it very intimate and special! We can’t thank them enough!

Great long cold weekend

Nobody's business was perfect for four generations of family to meet for Thanksgiving. The bedrooms are set up perfectly. The great room/dining room/kitchen is perfect for sharing meals, family time, games, and football watching. The rec room downstairs was a great place for the younger kids to watch tv. The hot tub and fireplace were perfect on the cold days we were there (sorry if we used too much wood). Views are fantastic. Hope to return soon. Oh, the owner was easy to work with, We originally picked the wrong weekend and they gave up their weekend for us to have their home on Thanksgiving.

We had a great time at this house. The house was spacious with lots of room, to hang out and 9 beds. Bathrooms are not updated but work fine.

Lake time fun!

The house was excellent
spacious and lots of activities inside and out for all ages! The views of the lake from every point of the property and home are fabulous and the lot is beautiful

Beautiful and spacious

We rented The Lake House because it was only twenty minutes away from the venue of my great niece’s wedding. Our son and daughter along with their spouses along with our beagle joined us. The house more than accommodated all of us. Weather permitting there is a lot to do outside and no matter what the weather plenty to do inside. My husband and I are hoping to return next year.

Comfortable rustic home

Everything was as described except for microwave door problem. Host said didn’t have time to repair but there seemed to be a month since last occupants. Also many minor repairs needed. Door handles and locks were an issue. Lovely setting and plenty of room for all family.

USC Graduation Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nobody’s Business. We were there to celebrate our son’s graduation from USC. The house was a perfect place to relax with family. We particularly loved the extra large dining table. It was perfect for meals with the whole family, card games, and puzzles. Hopefully we will be able to return!

Thanksgiving Family Lake Vacation

It was the perfect place to stay with all the conveniences of home. Spacious rooms with comfortable bedding, large kitchen/dining/great room with wood burning fireplace was so much fun to gather in together. Pool table & ping pong table was a hit as was all the many paces to gather together to rest, relax & make memories. The dock and firepit out back were AMAZING pluses to have at this home. The spectacular sunsets were the highlight every single evening! We will definitely be back and recommend this home to our friends & family ~

Great Retreat Opportunity

I brought a small youth group for a weekend retreat. Everyone had a great time and enjoyed all of the amenities offered at the house. The hosts were very accommodating and quick to respond to any needs. We will definitely consider returning in the future.

6 Moms Relax

We had a very relaxing girls weekend at this home. The views are exceptional and there are many areas where you can spend time outside looking at the lake - a screened porch, open porch with rockers, lower deck, firepit and gazebo. The host was very responsive and the check in was super easy. If you're looking to relax and spend a quiet weekend on the lake, this is a wonderful option.

In Town for a USC game with friends

We enjoyed our stay at your lovely home in the woods on Lake Murray. We had a nice barbecue dinner, relaxed on porch and eventually had a nice fire in fire pit our first night. It was an hour plus ride to USC for the game with traffic but still worth the views! With 4 couples we all had our own bathrooms and plenty of space. Cooking dinner and big breakfasts we felt the kitchen was pretty well appointed. Wouldn’t have minded some more wraps for our leftovers but it overall a lot was covered Also loved that they had a regular drip coffee maker. Thanks for sharing your lake home!

Penthouse Perfection describes it well!

Beautifully decorated top floor condo with incredible beachfront views. The large balcony was our go to! Beach access couldn’t be easier and parking was a breeze. Cannot wait to go back!
