Relax and enjoy this little piece of riverfront heaven. Best suited for couple, individual or small family seeking solitude in a natural environment. Great for fishing, swimming, canoeing, or birdwatching. Lounge under the large pecan trees and soak in the peaceful atmosphere. Located on Colorado arm of lake LBJ where huge rock outcroppings block most boat traffic. Swim or fish off dock, sit on covered porch, cookout, or enjoy the view from cooled sunroom.

The space
This private lakefront home has a nicely furnished living area with two couches (one queen, one full sized), two chairs, large tv, & dining table for 6. An adjoining sunroom that overlooks the lake has daybed, trundle and seating. One bedroom with comfortable queen sized bed. Fully equipped bath, utility room. New dock with ladder for easy lake access.
Guest access
House, yard and riverfront is yours to enjoy. Access to boat or jet ski launch can be made available by contacting host. Access to house by boat is not suggested due to Rocky outcroppings, however tie offs for jet skis are located at near swim platform at river edge. Kayak and canoe launch on site. Bring your water toys and equipment and enjoy the lake.

Private covered carport parking across the street. Fits 2 vehicles.

Other things to note
Property is located at riverfront. Please remember that the Flow and current of the river can change quickly and without notice when the dam upstream is open for hydroelectric generation. There is NO notification and it is on NO specific schedule. Swim at your own risk. Life jackets are NOT provided as host cannot insure proper fit. Please bring your own if you are planning to go near water.

Our lawn service comes when needed. There is no set schedule. He may mow yard, weed and clean sidewalks during your stay. He is quick and effective. Minimal disturbance.

Possibly nearby construction on other lakefront properties. Intermittent work/noise might occur during your stay.
