🞛 Foreign nationals must submit copies of their valid Bangladeshi visas.
🞛 All guests are required to fill out the Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) tenant information form prior to check-in.
Strictly Prohibited:
🞛 Use or possession of drugs/narcotics
🞛 Any form of violence or aggressive behavior
🞛 Carrying or storing weapons
🞛 Damaging the property or tampering with fixtures/furnishings
🞛 Children must be supervised at all times to prevent accidental damage.
🞛 Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will result in additional charges.
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for illegal or suspicious activities. If any such behavior is detected, we will immediately report it to the authorities and take appropriate legal action.
