Det är ett 3 sovrum med dubbelsäng, fullt utrustad villa (byggd 2002), med nytt Mezzaine solrum som leder ut mot den nya takterrassen, med utsikt mot sjön och Mediterranan. Villan ligger i en liten uthyrning av liknande villor, med gott om parkering. Den har ett garage, med enhet för att parkera en bil om du vill och en liten västerläge främre trädgård. Den har 2 sovrum på övervåningen med en stor sol mezzaine och takterrass och ett badrum med badkar och dusch över. Nedervåningen är ytterligare ett sovrum med eget badrum, duschrum och en stor öppen planlösning Lounge, kök, matsal. Den bakre trädgården har en uteplats med terrass med matplats för 6 och solstolar, med utsikt mot sjön och Leucate Plage. Det är inom gångavstånd till Medelhavet och den breda sandstranden i Leucate Plage. Det ligger i en vänlig traditionell by som har 10 eller fler restauranger och kaféer på gångavstånd. 20 minuter från Perpignan flygplats., 40 minuter från Carcassonne flygplats. Platsen gör besök i Barcelona, Collioure, Carcassonne, Narbonne, Perpignan eller Font Romeu (en skidort), allt tillgängligt inom en enkel bilresa. Du kan besöka djurparken på Sigean, spela golf på St Cyprien, lära dig att vindsurfa eller tele-skidor på den närliggande Etang eller bara koppla av på stränderna. Vi hittar något nytt att göra och se varje gång vi besöker.

Lovely house with everything you need. Perfect!

We enjoyed our vacation in this very nice house. Everthing you need to have relaxed holidays is offered and the location closed to the city (supermarket, surf shops, bakery, ASO...) supports you with all stuff. As surfer I loved the garage to store my tackle after a surfing day on the Etange“. Thank you Lyn you make a family happy! Lovley greetings Dani & Sven

Ferien Villa Leucate

Unser Aufenthalt so weit ganz gut, Dinge die noch anmerken möchte, das man in das Angebot reinschreibt das man Französische Bettwäsche benötigt und die Bätten könnten Komfortabeler Gestaltet werden. evtl auch ein. Größeres Bett im Bereich 180 x 200 m wäre toll ! Soll keine böse Kritik sein sondern ein Verbesserungs Vorschlag ! Insgesamt hat es uns gefallen !

Unser Sommer in Leucate

Wir haben unseren Sommer in Leucate verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gut mit allen Dingen ausgestattet. Wir waren dort zu viert und hatten genügend Platz. Die zum Teil überdachte Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein. Von der Unterkunft sind alle Geschäfte in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Schlüsselübergabe ging schnell und einfach. Wir werden nochmal unseren Sommer in Leucate verbringen.

Leucate

Bonne localisation proche du centre ville de leucate village et de la plage (10 min à velo). Malheureusement entre le bruit de la route principale (proche de la maison) menant à Leucate plage et les moustiques nous n’avons pas pu profiter des extérieurs. De plus la maison présente quelques points d’améliorations à engager : - douche (fuite , humidité, moisissure, manque d’aération) - canapés du salon (nécessite un rafraîchissement) - barbecue (grille non nettoyée et trop ancien) - manque d’équipements de cuisine ( aucun verre identique , peu de couteaux , poêle très abîmée ) - extérieurs non entretenus (difficultés pour ouvrir la porte du garage) Bref, il y a une vrai nécessité d’amélioration, qui ne justifie pas le prix de cette location.

Chill out beach life

We had a great time in this house near Leucate. Walking distance to the charming village with restaurants and a short bicycle ride to the beaches. The patio was huge and the view was good too. Also the upper deck was comfortable. We were with two couples and had plenty of room. Supermarket just 2 minutes walking and a bicycle rental and busstop to Leucate Port across the street. The owners were very nice and gave good tips for the rental of the bicycles. Thanks for the lovely stay!

Outstanding French Experience

Had a wonderful stay! House is perfect, a home away from home, serving all your needs for an enjoyable holiday. Ideal location near to both the beach and village with plenty of bars and restaurants to sample, also allowing you to soak up the numerous cultural and historical offerings this part of Southern France has to offer!

Great location

Came for the windsurfing not disappointed possibly the best place I have been for intermediate level windsurfing on the etangs Ideal for 3 people who want separate rooms but would easily suit 6 Balcony outlook over the etang was nice. Shops nearby and Leucate village very close

Lovely house in a great holiday area

This is a beautifully clean, comfortable house with everything you could want to enjoy your holiday. As the owners use the house regularly themselves it is very well maintained, which is so important. There is a lovely terrace facing the lake / coast which is perfect for breakfast or relaxing in the evening. The location is great, with restaurants and shops in walking distance and the beach just a short drive or cycle ride away. We would certainly recommend it to others and hope to return there ourselves in the future to explore more of this lovely area.

Amazing location

We have been to this beautiful house in leucate many times and it always feels special. The house is situated in perfect location for families and couples due to short walking distance to all local amenities shops, restaurants and beach. The house is well equipped, clean and now has a terrace that really shows off the amazing sunsets. We had a great week playing on the beach and going to the market in nearby port leucate. We love coming to this amazing French village and will definitely return.

Great time in Leucate

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in dem tollen Haus. Ein Supermarkt ist direkt in der Nähe, was das einkaufen einfach macht. Es gibt gute Restaurants im Ort, die man in weniger als zehn Minuten zu Fuß erreichen kann. Der Strand ist mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad gut zu erreichen, selbst zur Hauptsaison gibt es genug Platz. Ein schöner Ort um den Urlaub zu verbringen.

Lovely Leucate

We have been coming to this lovely villa for several years now and we enjoy it every time, its location is ideal for a relaxing holiday. Recent improvements to the property include and en suite in the downstairs bedroom-enabling that little bit more privacy and avoids that wait for the bathroom! But the new decked terrace on the first floor opens a whole new vista to the surrounding area. Breakfast, and come to that, any meal can now be enjoyed on the sheltered patio or on the elevated terrace. The choice is yours! We will coming back for many years to come1

Relaxing

House is very modern, clean, well equipped with plenty off space. Very close to village for all your shopping needs, it takes about a 10 minute walk. Close to beach, very easy to ride with bikes. We had a very relaxing time, perfect place to chill out. Would recommend to anyone.

The Villa by the tranquil lake

We have been holidaying with our 3 children in France for the last 12 years, and we have truly found our ideal location in Leucate. And the perfect holiday home, with its wonderful views, close to the beach and walking distance to the pretty village of Leucate. Highly recommended.

Mediterranean Home Away From Home

Beautiful villa with a spectacular view of the sea. Modern conveniences with the comforts of home. Close to shops in the quaint nearby village and only 5 minutes from a spectacular beach on the Med. Within an hours drive from the more tourist area of Carcassonne. This quiet little gem is the best!

A beautiful place to stay. Would recommend

We stayed in june the weather was beautiful, the house was lovely lots of amenties and a very comfy sofa. We walked to the beach which was stunning and the walk was not to far. We would recommend the oyster sheds to everyone. It was nice that people had left ideas of where they had been. We can't wait to return as it is a lovely relaxing holiday with lots to do. Would recommend.

We are a married couple with four grown up children and 9 granchildren. We enjoy travelling and visiting new places. We play golf, love bike riding and skiing. We are both semi retired and visit France whenever we can.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We had watched too many 'our places inthe sun' on TV and decided to have our own experience. We wanted a 2nd home in france, near the sea in a traditional village, with local shops, cafes and restaurants. We stumbled onto Leucate and where won over immediatley by its charm. Its a beautiful area, we always find something new to do each time we visit. We love bike riding along the coast, going for walks along the cliffs, visiting all the local towns and wine caves.

It's in a beautiful traditional village by the sea, not easy to find now. We have amazing open views from the our back garden and roof terrace, towards the lake and sea. The villa has a downstairs bedroom with walk in shower room en suite. Our friendly French neighbours, have become friends. Its a lovely part of France.
