Helt nya 1464 kvadrat ft lägenhet med tre sovrum och två och en halv bad och centrala luft. Den första våningen består av sovrum, badrum med tvättstuga, badrum, öppet koncept combo kök allrum och gott om garderob och lagringsutrymme. Den andra våningen har två sovrum, ett badrum, en stor håla med ett reglage går till däck. De utsikt över vattnet från sovrummen i Hampton Harbor är mycket imponerande! Det finns parkering för två bilar på lägre nivå. Byggnaden har fyra nivåer, lägenheten är på nivå tre och fyra. Dessutom är lägenheten ett kvarter från vackra Hampton Beach.

Enheten är fullt möblerad med tre platt-TV, en 32 tum i sovrummet, en 46 tums LG TV i köket vardagsrummet och en 55 tums LG TV övervåningen idet. Det är Comcast kabel och WiFi. Kök allrum har ett matsalsbord med 6 stolar, en granitbänk med tre stolar och en bekväm soffa med soffbord. Det stora sovrummet har en king size säng, kast översta skrivbord och en full byrå och night stand. Den övre våningen Den har en helt ny vardagsrum set med en drottning storlek mycket bekväma bäddsoffa och en matchande soffa med soffbord och slutet tabeller. Sovrum två har en helt ny dubbelsäng och sovrum tre har en helt ny dubbelsäng och skrivbord.

Excellent Stay

The family and I enjoyed this property and our time in Hampton Beach. Everything you could possibly need was within walking distance or a short drive away. The Condo itself was perfect for what we wanted. We used the bottom half of the property while the 3 teens had their own space upstairs. The owner met us on our arrival and went through everything within the property. I would stay here again next time I am up that way.

Amazing

David’s property made for an amazing stay in Hampton Beach. Not our first visit to Hampton, but definitely the nicest place we’ve stayed while here. Great location, interior was clean and roomy, and David was a very responsive host. Will definitely book this condo again!

Great beach vacation

We’ve been visiting Hampton Beach for over 20 years. Usually we get a house so we were concerned about renting a condo. But this worked great for us, 2 adult kids and 2 grandchildren. Bunk beds were perfect for grandkids. The downstairs master was ideal for us. The kitchen has everything you could ever need for preparing meals, which was important in the year of COVID. The unit is clean and comfortable. Having a washer dryer available always helps. Two covered parking spots without fear of being dinged is priceless. We usually stay a few blocks further north, but this location near J street is very convenient to the beach and a handful of restaurants and bars. Unfortunately COVID kept us from taking full advantage. It’s one quick block to the beach. The casino, arcade and boardwalk are also a short walk away. You will hear a little noise from Ashworth Avenue if fire trucks or loud motorcycles are going by but it didn’t impact our sleep at all. Overall great rental. David is very helpful and responsive.

Perfect vacation stay!

We have been going to Hampton Beach for years and this was hands down the perfect place to be! Plenty of room for the whole family to spread out, everything you could possibly need and the beautiful sunsets every night were the icing on the cake. The location was close to everything. Absolutely loved it!

Perfection!

David met.us upon arrival and showed us everything. Location is perfectly centered on strip. Two parking spots right near secured entrance. Condo itself was fabulous. He provided all basic amenities (shower towels, toilet paper, etc) Very easy to communicate with. We will be back!

Clean, comfy, spacious, walking distance to everything Hampton Beach

Just got back from our stay at this beautiful condo. We were within walking distance to everything, Beach, restaurants, shopping, kids activities, Etc.. Hampton Beach offers lots to do on a single strip. They even have fireworks every Wednesday night and movie night for the kids on the beach, every Monday night. This condo was impeccable. We were a family of 7, and had plenty of room for all. It is quite spacious. The place is a dream. David, the owner, was excellent! He met us upon arrival, and departure. He explained everything we needed to know. David keeps A well-stocked kitchen. Pots, pans, dishes! silverware , Etc.. linens are also provided. So packing is a breeze. If you're looking for top-notch in a vacation rental, look no further. Thank you David, for allowing us the opportunity to stay in your beautiful home!

Great Location, Great Unit, Great Owner

First off the position is near perfect. You are right in the middle of the strip one block back from the beach. The split level unit was perfect for our family of 4 as the kids took over the upstairs and we stayed on the lower level. The kids loved having their own space and had some friends over. Finally David took the time to explain everything to us and answer any an all questions we had. It was a wonderful week. Hope to book again next season. Thanks David !

Great Place to Stay

Great vacation. Location is perfect. Close enough to the beach and boardwalk yet on the back street so not noisy all day and night. Spacious, clean and comfortable with all the amenities you need. Kitchen well stocked with pots, pans, utensils and nice not to have to bring your own sheets and bath towels. David is very accommodating and friendly. Looking forward to returning.

Super clean with plenty of space

Great location that is only one block from the beach. Brand new super comfortable beds, linens and fully stocked kitchen. Dave the owner met us at arrival and was super friendly and accommodating. Two covered parking spaces are included. Condo had elevator access as well for when you soaked up a little too much sun on the beach and didn't feel like walking the stairs. Our travel group included myself and my husband and our two boys 4 and 6. Also along for the vacation were my husbands parents. Plenty of room for all. The only negative is it would have been nice to have two twins beds or bunk beds in the third bedroom for the kiddos. We were unable to use the upstairs den with the large tv in the evening after the kids went to bed because we had to utilize the pull out sofa bed for one of the kids. Would definitely stay again!

The property was spacious, convenient, and clean.

The owner was awesome to work with. The property is a quick walk to the beach, private parking, and spacious. The owner provided all the essentials & anything needed. Neighbors are awesome within the quiet community. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great vacation property! We loved it!

We had a great family vacation at this condo. The condo is spacious, modern, and clean. Everything that you could think of was provided by the owner. We had four teenage boys ages 14-18 and a great time was had by all. It is a quick walk to the beach and the boardwalk. Sunsets and fireworks from the deck were spectacular. I highly recommend this vacation property.

I grew up in Waltham MA and lived most of my adult life in New Hampshire except for 6 years in Dallas from 2007 to 2014. My wife of 30 years passed away in July 2015. I have one daughter and a grandson who live in Marblehead MA. I'm a huge Patriots and Red Sox fan, I love golf, pool and darts.
