The property was delightful--decorated beautifully and spotlessly clean. It was also within minutes of any part of the city. I would highly recommend this place for your Ames stay!

This was honestly one of the cleanest homes we’ve ever rented. The location was perfect for reconnecting with our daughter, who is a new ISU student. We hope to be back! Thank you for sharing your home!

We were in Ames to spend Christmas with our daughter. Check-in was easy, the house was just as described, and there was even a small, decorated tree in the living room! We enjoyed our time there and will definitely book again if needed.

The house is located in a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood just to the west of the ISU campus. Although the heat wave prevented us from walking much, we could tell it'd be a pleasant walk to most anywhere on campus. It's also a short drive to groceries (recommend the Wheatsfield Food Collective), Starbucks, etc. The house was clearly well cared for and was perfect for our small family's 5-night stay. The AC and WiFi worked nicely and the kitchen was well stocked. Communication with the hosts was fast and clear. Will stay again if we come back to the Ames area. Thank you!
