Windsor Palms är en mycket önskvärd utväg gemenskap och bara några minuter från Disney Worlds front gate. Windsor Palms funktioner inkluderar: en vakt vid grinden 24/7, olympisk storlek uppvärmd gemensam pool, gym, spelrum, tennisbana, volleyboll, internetcafé, och en 60 plats biograf. Bekvämt att I-4, den nya 429, shopping, golf och restauranger. Dina vänner och familj kommer att bli imponerad av den avslappnade atmosfären i samhället.

Great place for family of four

Stayed at Windsor Palm townhouse for a week with husband and two adult children. Really liked having 3 bathrooms. The place was as advertised, except the ‘Micky’ room does not have the bedspreads and shower curtain seen in the photos. Fine for us, but may be disappointing for a child. The clubhouse amenities were great as we used the gym and hot tub a few times during our stay.

Could Be Great With Adjustments

The lactation of the property is ideal, everything you need a short drive away. Perfect if Disney Parks are going to be your main attractions, only a 5-10 minute drive away! The house it’s self was disappointing, not the facilities as it had everything we needed and the communal pool and club house were great, reasonably priced food and drinks if you choose to spend a few hours a day taking it easy on non park days. The one thing that let it down was the cleanliness, previous reviews mentioned this however being a frequent traveller I have learnt not all reviews are fair and often choose to decide for myself as some people want to complain for the sake of complaining. As mentioned in previous reviews the kick boards (skirting for the Brits) were really dusty, some of the main surfaces were dusty but the one unacceptable thing being the ground floor bedroom, the floor was dirty and then on the first night when we closed the door there were items of dirty clothing from previous guests proving that the house isn’t cleaned properly! The other thing is the house is tired and needs some TLC and with this and a better base clean this could be a fantastic option for a holiday, it should not be too much to expect that your holiday rental be clean on arrival. We had a couple other issues which the management company addressed immediately so we had no issue at all with that but the cleanliness needs to be address to improve people’s hard earned vacation time.

Great stay as always! The Kissimmee Wonder is our favorite place to stay for Disney. It is clean, quiet, and centrally located for dining and shopping. We'll be back!

We loved our stay

We had a fantastic 2 week stay in August 2024 and thought the bouse was great. The location was perfect, both Windsor Palms iand the h\ouse within the resort, private and not overlooked We only did the Disney theme parks on this trip, and could easily be driving into Disney property in 16 mins.. We travelled as a family of 4 and the house was just right for us. We enjoyed the pool which was briliant to cool off after a hot day. The home was well-equipped, beds were comfortable and we're love to stay again!

Lovely Stay!

Great location and resort amenities! Townhome was equipped with everything needed for a great stay. Loved the welcome bag with dish soap, laundry detergent,& dishwasher tabs. Super nice touch! Location could use a deep cleaning, as there was dust throughout and hair in the upstairs bathrooms. Overall it’s great rental and close to all the Orlando attractions!

Just a place to sleep

The property needs a deep cleaning. Baseboards are very dirty, and there property has a bad ants problem. We left a donut box and within hours it was covered with ants. We also payed for the heater to be tu red on and even paid the additional fee. When we arrived the spool, tiny pool was 63 degrees as measured by the cleaning lady who was still supposedly cleaning way after our checking time. Emailed to have the pool turned on and was told they would turn it on, and they never did. Would not stay here again.

Nice Neighborhood

Overall the place was as described. Just note that for a stay of more than a few days you will need to provide your own toilet paper and soap. Not a big deal as long as you have time to get to a store. We didn’t spend a lot of time on site as we were busy visiting the parks. It was fine for us to land and have a place to sleep.

Just a few things...

Overall a good stay, easy to get to and nice to be in a gated community. Paid for the early check in, was not listed on the reservation when we got to the gate/security guard, which I was afraid. When I got the confirmation and check in information - our time was not listed as the early check in. Communication could be better between the security guard and the management company. Similar to the photos posted - furniture is mostly the same - different linens and rugs, but overall a fair match to what is posted. Kitchen had very small ants on the counter - we only saw them as they were on papers we had - the counter is a very dark blended color so you wouldn't see them usually. We didn't cook any meals or keep any food there - may have been a bigger issue if we had. Would be nice to have an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom or a brand new roll for each. Ran out of toilet paper in one of the bathrooms and had to swap with a different one. Again NOT a big deal, just something that would be an issue with a longer stay / more people. Would I stay again - probably - but I do prefer a free standing home with a bigger pool. This was perfect since we literally slept and went to the parks - served its purpose for this vacation. Loved that it was at the end of a street and only 1 side had a neighbor.
