Built in 2008, the home offers the charm of St. Augustine with modern comfort and craftsmanshipâfeaturing vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, rich travertine and marble floors, American Clay walls, bright and open living spaces, and multiple indoor and outdoor areas to gather, relax, and entertain.

Three bedrooms are located on the first floor, including the main suite with a walk-in closet, private vanity area, walk-in shower, and jacuzzi tub. A shared full bath with a stand-up shower connects two additional bedrooms. The second floor is the heart of the home, designed for entertaining.
