Vi har fri hög hastighet internet (trådlös) och kabel-TV och BluRay DVD-spelare, uppvärmd underjordisk parkering och tvättstuga inne i lägenheten. Befälhavaren har en king size-säng, det andra rummet har en drottning, loftet en drottning säng och en enkelsäng, med 3 badrum. 6 bekväma sover. Promenera till stan! Kommunala Hot Tub på nivå ett utanför med vackra vyer, öppnar Thanksgiving Weekend 2014!

Great location at the base

We had a great stay and loved the location at the base of Stumper, arguably Telluride’s best run! Walkable to town and lifts. Would stay again!

Great property, the owner is great

We recently stayed at Tracy’s place for 5 nights. We really enjoyed our stay and Tracy is excellent. I highly recommend staying here for a family vacation

Christmas in Telluride

Fantastic stay in a wonderful ski in/ski out condo. Had some minor issues at check in, but the host was super responsive and resolved everything immediately. Our family would definitely stay here again!

Our family of 5 adults stayed here for our annual ski trip. Communication was excellent, the attention to detail really added to our trip. Kitchen was well appointed, we had everything we needed for an exceptional ski trip. Would definitely stay here again.

Tracey was very informative, easy to reach and very willing to assist in anything we needed. I am highly allergic to wheat and she provided me with restaurants and bakeries that could accommodate my situation. The amenities in the condo were great, very comfortable, and you could not have asked for anything more. I highly recommend this property.

Right at lift 7 and by the lift ticket office. The owners are very helpful providing local interest for 1st timers. The owner was available for any questions. We all really enjoyed our stay. Can't go wrong with your vacation staying here!

Excellent Accommodation

Great Property with excellent support and communication from owners. Easy check in/out process. Great parking options even if you have a large car. Excellent location with easy walking access to town. The ski-in ski-out capabilities are excellent.

Best place in town

We stayed over Labor Day weekend for the film festival and this condo was perfect in all ways. We loved the location: the views were incredible and it was just a short walk to town or to the market or walking path. The condo is beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. We truly loved everything about it.

Piece of paradise

This was a great location! With the town shuttle system and gondola lift all public transportation, I never had to drive anywhere! The condo was perfect for my family of 6 and the owner gave us very detail instructions on everything! I would highly recommend this place!

Great condo

We loved this condo…spacious and convenient to slopes and town. The unit was updated and each bedroom has its own bathroom. I particularly liked stargazing under the huge skylight in the loft.

Lovely stay

Great stay in well-stocked townhouse. This rental was close to lift 7 for easy ski-out each morning. The kitchen had all the gear we needed (plus Clark’s Market is nearby) so we could make a few meals in. Plenty of space for me and my husband plus our two teens to spread out. Great communication with hosts. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Good place

Right on the slopes at Chair 7. This place provided everything we needed except an elevator to walk to third floor after a long day of skiing!! Would definitely rent again.

I live in Naples, FL and Telluride at this cozy ski in ski out condo.
I hope you enjoy the easy ski in ski out access approximately 100 ft away to chair lift 7. The communal hot tub is new as of 2026.
I hope you enjoy the skiing in the beautiful San Juan Valley and this cozy, well stocked kitchen for easy cooking. Condo excellent for familes and couples or a group of friends. The bathrooms are newly renovated and the gas fireplace ensures your warmth as well as heated tile floor in the kitchen. Enjoy the views with new windows that let in plenty of light! Blinds are remote controlled if privacy desired.
