We had a fantastic stay! The location is unbeatable—getting to the beach, Navy Pier, Millennium Park, and the Magnificent Mile was incredibly quick and easy. The property was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. On top of that, the host was fantastic: super responsive, accommodating, and made check-in seamless. Highly recommended for any large group visiting Chicago!

Large property with multiple rooms and bed options. The host was very responsive to all my questions. Great location for walking around downtown Chicago. Quick drive to the museum campus.

Easy check in, property was clean and had tons of space. Communication was speedy and everyone loved the soft comforters on the beds. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

Excellent stay. Beautiful house. Everything was exactly as advertised. The main floor was even more spacious than expected, beds and pillows were comfortable, plenty of plates, glasses, and TP for our large group. There was always an open bathroom with plenty of towels and the showers were great. Bedrooms were nice and big, so those who had to double up on the queens were at ease. The open garage to stash a car in such a dense neighborhood was a big bonus. The walk to the beach was quick and we were a block away from good restaurants and bars. Inna was very kind, responsive, and helpful along the way. 10/10 would stay here again.

Great location. Walking distance to stores and restaurants.The kitchen had the majority of what we needed. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. There were a few things that the property manager was aware of, like blinds not working, but she was in progress of having them fixed.

Literally almost too good to be true but it's TRUE! What an extraordinary, stunning, massive, peaceful home in the middle of the grooviest part of downtown Chicago! Our host Inna was the epitome of professionalism and responsiveness. This home is jaw dropping. We had our yearly gala for our nonprofit, and we flew in a group who stayed at this home. None of us could believe how cool it was. Each bedroom had the coolest design touches, chandeliers everywhere, and the best most massive and comfortable main room to visit in! It's in the heart of the Gold Coast, and a 3 minute walk in either direction will bring you to the stunning lake and the best coffee shops, restaurants, bars and nightlife. Two blocks from Chicago's "Rodeo Drive"! I can't recommend this stunning, immaculate home and host highly enough. We feel so grateful to have had the opportunity to stay here!

Gorgeous home near beach

We had a great stay! Inna provided us all the info we needed to check in smoothly when we arrived and the garage spot made it easy for us to park and unload luggage straight into the house. Everything was super clean! The house is big enough that even with so many guests everyone felt spread out and had their own space. We were able to take a 5ish min walk to the beach which was such a bonus!

We were a group of 12 celebrating my mom's 86th birthday. I book a lot of large group VRBO's and it never ceases to amaze me that they think a group of 12-16 can get by with 3 rolls of toilet paper. Well not this one. Stocked to the brim with toilet paper and shampoo, conditioner etc. The location can't be beat - just blocks from the beach and great shopping and nightlife. The rooms were great and there is plenty of room for a large group. I would highly recommend this house for a big group. Hands down one of the best I have rented.

Spacious Property for Large Groups

We had a family re-union with 25 people. The location of this property could not have been better. We were within minutes of walk to the lake, restaurants and train station. The kitchen, bedroom and bathrooms were very well stocked. The main living area and kitchen is on the 2nd floor while the bedrooms are either in the basement, 1st floor or 3rd floor. So, older people may find it hard to go up and down multiple times. Overall, our group had a great time.

The Gold Coast is by far our favorite neighborhood in the entire city. The location of the Gilded Age Mansion is just perfect: very short walk to restaurants, the Lake Shore beaches, and the Water Tower. If you’re up for a bit longer walk, Navy Pier, Lincoln Park Zoo, Chicago River, and the Loop are in range. A 10 minute drive will get you to Shedd Aquarium, Soldiers’ Field, and Millennium Park. The facilities and space in the house are wonderful. We had everything we needed. Inna was available and attentive to our needs and check-in was easy with well communicated instructions at every step. Beds were comfortable and we had room for everyone. We had 3 generations the house worked well for all ages. In spite of its great location, the House is on a quiet tree lined street with little traffic.Definitely five out of five stars.

We were a group of 19 college friends gathering from all over the US for an annual girls' getaway. The house was perfect for us -- plenty of space for the group to sleep, gather and the location was terrific; walking distance to much of what we had planned and wanted to explore. Inna's communication was terrific, even working to supply us with a fresh batch of new towels when we found we didn't have quite enough for the whole group. We loved our stay and would love to visit again. Thank you, Inna!

Inna was wonderful to work with and communicate with throughout the entire process. The home was clean, comfortable and well equipped in the kitchen for large family meals while we were there. The proximity of the house was perfect and close to many of Chicagos top restaurants, entertainment and shopping areas. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend this home!

The house is perfect for large parties who need to stay downtown Chicago. The home was as described in the listing and has plenty of space for a large group. We would stay here again if we have a large group staying in Chicago. The Host is responsive and easy to work with.

Our group of 21 had a great time staying at this property. There was plenty of space for everyone, it was clean and the beds were comfortable. The host was easy to reach and communicate with. Location is perfect as well for doing all the Chicago things. If we ever came back with such a large group I would not hesitate to stay here again!
