Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

Wonderful Vacation

This is such a wonderful unit. First impression is how clean the unit is plus parking outside the foyer and you do not have to load a ton of luggage on the elevator. Beds were comfortable, large tv's (in case of rainy days) in all rooms, kitchen equipped with everything you need (including a Keurig as well as regular coffee pot), hairdryers, nice dining table and six chairs on the spacious balcony and the view is beautiful. You can also look down on the lazy river and pools. The rental agency was great about keeping in touch. We also liked that we had a door code to key in instead of keeping up with a key. The only negative is The Oasis association charges 60.00 to park and this is to high. Not the owners fault I imagine......just rules and the desk person NOT friendly.

Awesome place for families!

This place is perfect for people traveling with kids. We have a 13 and 9 year old. They both had friends with them. They all had so much fun going between the beach and lazy River. Everything was clean and nice.

Wonderful Week!

This condo is absolutely beautiful, spacious and has a stunning view of the Gulf! Great location, exceptionally clean. Easy check-in, excellent parking and has great pools, sauna, hot tubs and lazy river! Our teens had a fantastic time as well as us adults. Easy access to the beach! Highly recommend!!! We give this property an A+++

Perfect Beach Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo fits our family better than any other we have tried. This was our 2nd time to stay and we have already booked it for next year. It is spacious, comfortable, beautiful and the view is amazing. The amenities are great! Our children loved the water slide, Lazy River, pools and arcade. The location is perfect - close to several of our favorite restaurants, shops and water activities.

Would stay again! (would bring some stuff)

Our group was moms + kids for Fall Break. Overall, we would absolutely stay at this property again and would stay in this unit if available. The private bathrooms for each bedroom make it perfect for groups, and *not* having a bedroom with balcony access minimizes jockeying for "the best room." They're all good. The attached parking garage with 11th-floor access was wonderful. The amenities at this property were perfect. Lazy river, water slide, pool, indoor pool... and no stairs to the beach. All of this was really wonderful. A few things: * Reviews that mention the loose carpet tacks are accurate. The crossthrough in the front bedroom into the bathroom has tacks that need to be addressed. And one of the kids found one by the bar seating. The kitchen is poorly stocked. * All of the cookware is nonstick, and there are zero cooking utensils that are appropriate for nonstick cookare. We used a tiny plastic shovel to make eggs :) (this is not hyperbole). * There are at least a dozen baking dishes, pie plates, and the like.... but no vegetable peeler. * There's a nice set of melamine dishes, but no plastic cups. * There is *nothing* in the way of kitchen essentials. No salt. No pepper. No coffee filters. No random bottle of counter spray under the sink. * The huge Smart TV was awesome, but the wi-fi was terrible. All that said, we'd stay again in this unit - I'd just know to bring the items it lacks. Four Stars.

Nice stay

Enjoyed our stay. Had a few issues with some of the appliances. The property management was quick to respond once it was reported. 11th floor was great for parking. Great week in Orange Beach.

Nice condo that needs some TLC

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time to stay in this condo. Overall, the condo is a great location with potential to be fabulous. It is a 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom and has been wonderful for 2 families. The condo building has so many amenities. The view is spectacular.We plan to come again to same building, but this unit needs repair. The carpet is worn and you have to be careful not to step on tacks. Two toilets were not working which were fixed, except the master. We just removed the lid and were able to flush. One tv was not working. These issues were the same and our stays were 2 years apart. There also needs to be some paint touch-ups in bathroom. This might seem picky, but it is pretty bad and you just expect more for what you are paying.I do hope these issues are addressed. If so, this unit would be outstanding.

Wonderful Experience!

This is a beautiful condo in a great location! It had everything we needed. There was plenty of room for my entire family. The beds were very comfortable. The pool and other amenities were clean and well kept. We will definitely stay here again.

February 2023 Stay

We love the area and look forward to visiting every year. However we would NEVER rent this unit again unless major improvements were made to it. We kept getting poked in the foot by carpet tacks as the carpet is badly worn and coming apart at the thresholds. It was so dirty we couldn’t stand to walk barefoot on it. So were the area rugs. The dishwasher did not work on the dry cycle so we had to dry them every time we used it. Hard to do with only 2 dish towels for the month! The light in the master has a short. When we got there the king size master bed had a queen sheet on it that didn’t stay on. It took us a few days to find a king size in another closet! There is NO mattress cover on the bed! In general this unit is in poor repair, poorly stocked and dirty.
