About this space
Modern, clean and comfortable two-level townhouse, next to beautiful Genesee River walking path and just 5-10 minutes from restaurants, U of R, museums and events in downtown Rochester. Quiet neighborhood but close to everything! We love this neighborhood, great for walking, biking, or just a place to crash for local events. We live here about a week a month to spend time with family in Rochester and are happy to be hosting others when we're not here.
The space
There are two bedrooms upstairs, a large master with queen bed and a smaller bedroom with a twin bed. Small but functional kitchen, living and dining area, large smart TV. Parking is on the street, with a visitor pass that we provide.
Guest access
Guests can use any space in the house, with the exception of the closet in the smaller bedroom where we store personal stuff. Guests are welcome to use the weights and yoga mats in the basement though super small space.
