Step outside to the southern-facing patio with a saltwater pool, perfect for soaking up the Florida sunshine and enjoying serene sunrises and sunsets. Nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac, the home sits on a peaceful canal with minimal neighbors and no homes behind it, offering ultimate privacy.

For added fun, Charlie's of Bokeelia provides two kayaks with life jackets, a cornhole set, playing cards, and a 4-person pickleball set for a fun day at Phillips Community Park. The kids will love the nearby park and pool, ensuring endless entertainment for the whole family.
