Located in charming Ruidoso, enjoy what this lovely 4-bedroom house has to offer. This unique property features 1 king bed and 3 queen beds, perfect for a group getaway. All bedrooms are located upstairs along with 2 full bathrooms. With a fully-stocked kitchen, hot tub w/ privacy, and cleaned with non-toxic cleaning supplies, your stay will be enjoyable and stress-free. Every detail has been thought of to make this your home away from home! The 2 bathrooms come equipped with hair dryers, and toiletries for your convenience. Whether you want to cook in the kitchen, play some corn hole and grill out, enjoy the hot tub while watching a movie or just sit on one of the 2 decks with a cup of coffee or a glass of local wine, this place will be your retreat. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our house and hope you will feel at home. Please note that all bedrooms are located upstairs and the staircase is spiral as noted in the photos. Upstairs can be accessed from outside deck with steps for those that need it.

-Half-bathroom located downstairs
-Laundry Room stocked w/ detergent (PLEASE ONLY USE WHAT IS PROVIDED)
-Spiral Staircase w/ railing (see pictures) is so much of the charm but please make sure this is feasible for all of your guests
-NO ANIMALS
-NO SMOKING, VAPING OR ANY PARTYING
-Please bring necessary children items
-Hot Tub towels provided
-Please follow hot tub rules posted by hot tub

***PLEASE NOTE for your safety and security: Exterior security cameras present: There is 1 security camera on the front porch that records video and sound. This points away from the deck towards the driveway only. 2nd camera is located on upstairs deck by the walkway and has no views on guests sitting on the patio. This is just to monitor property.

Ruidoso, Alto, and surrounding areas: Submerse yourself within the towering pines of Lincoln County and watch local wildlife such as elk, deer, wild horses, turkey, birds, and more in their natural habitats. Plan a day basking in the stillness of our national forest while hiking, biking, or fishing, golfing at one of our multiple golf courses or spend a fun night out on the town at one of the area's local attractions! Be sure to swim or fish at the beautiful Grindstone or Alto Lake, delight your senses at Winter Park with roller coaster and tubing, and explore the ski slopes and hiking trails throughout Ski Apache. Win big at one of our three local casinos and enjoy the excitement of live quarter horse racing at Ruidoso Downs Racetrack. Be happy you took a respite from the concrete jungle. Our family lives in West Texas but fell in love with the charm of Ruidoso. We love spending quality family time here; enjoy getting to know the locals and all the things to do. Ruidoso offers golfing, skiing, horseback riding, casinos,a racetrack, hiking, and even is great for those that just want to relax and do some wine-tasting and shopping in Midtown. You will also enjoy the New Mexico cuisine that the local restaurants have to offer.

We loved how accessible this location is for anyone. It's surrounded by pine trees and wildlife but all of the fun things are close by. It's easy to get in and out of for those that are not used to the snow.

It's got such charm! From the unique spiral staircase to the details in how it's decorated, this place exudes relaxation. We have tried to stock it with all the necessary things to enjoy family time! Games to play together; a fully-stocked kitchen to cook in, however, what detail we love the most is the non-toxic items we use in our home. We avoid any harsh chemicals and provide safe/green and healthy cleaning supplies so that you can relax without smelling toxic scents. This is important to us and hope people will enjoy this about our home.
