Beautiful home best porch BUT NOISEY
My favorite spot was the screened in back porch! The downfall of this rental was ALL OF THE CONSTRUCTION NOISE NEXT DOOR! 8:30-4:30 no peace and quiet woke up early with hammering, nail gun, talking, saw cutting wood not to mention the blinding light due to see through curtains in master upstairs, you must contact Tidewater by phone not through the VRBO app that was a pain bc I tried to message to find out if beach chairs were needed before we even got there and no response so packed my own! Which they have chairs on property. My thoughts are- the problem was first time they ever rented out this property which in my opinion should never have been an option knowing construction noise from home being built right next door. Kitchen is fully equipped loved that! This listing needs to be on hold until next door is complete in my opinion unless they want more people to complain-and guest could NOT use elevator and SEVERAL access points from under the home to the top total inconveniences. They had signs all over doors âNot for guest useâ These are complaints yes but also heads up owners loosen up and make elevator & your golf cart plus doors unlocked from downstairs to upstairs accessible. I bet you donât like having to haul everything up all those steep front steps! Porch was everything love the layout and comfy chairs and sofa it was so chill at night but not so much during the day. Tidewater was friendly when I reached them. Wonât stay here again
