First class!

Beautiful penthouse with amazing views! Very spacious and well done. Service was impeccable and property manager was very helpful. Very nice master with fireplace and steam shower. It’s was an incredible stay for all of us!

Excellent

Outstanding condo in Lionshead Village. Clean and well appointed with a phenomenal view. The only downside is that it's not a true ski-in ski-out condo so we had to take a very short shuttle ride to the slopes. This was really no big deal, but we had to leave our ski boots at the Ritz while our skis/poles were held at the base by the gondola. So, if we wanted to walk to and from the condo to avoid the shuttle ride or Apres Ski with regular shoes on, we had to go back to the condo to get shoes first. If there was a way to keep shoes/boots with your skis at the base it would've been way better. Small gripe, but otherwise a fantastic stay!

A Ritz Gem

We've loved staying in this condo. The location is perfect, the Vail Ritz is top notch, and the extra room in this unit is so nice with a growing family. We can't say enough great things about this unit. It is well appointed, the bedrooms are all quiet and comfortable, and the decor of the entire unit is awesome. We love the extra large balcony with sweeping views of the mountain. You won't want to leave!

Iconic 5BR Penthouse

The property was great and exceeded expectations. The location was great. The services were excellent and we had a great time. We had 12 people, 8 adults, one 16 year old and three children 6, 4, and 1. Everyone had a great time and the accommodations were large enough so everyone was very comfortable. The staff at the Ritz Carlton could not have been any nicer or more helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Did not disappoint

The residence is as beautiful as the photos. Plenty of room for multiple families in bedrooms as well as in living spaces. The views are beautiful, and the hotel staff very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Some Positives Some Negatives

Some Positives Some Negatives This worked for our vacation but wasn't perfect. On the whole I would say it's less Ritz and more Rental. - there were 5 kids and 8 adults in our group and it was very tight. Pros: Incredible View Good Location - easy to walk to most stuff Convenient Shuttle Very kind boot room and rental staff Pretty and modern Kitchen Cons Very worn Rental - unit was not in great shape. Lack of coffee cups - Coffee maker not working Stained and dirty couch with missing cushions Stained and worn carpet Locked cabinets all over - limited storage - I understand that it's common to have an owners closet or two but there were locked cabinets EVERYWHERE. Kitchen, bathroom, closets, etc. All rooms were dark with limited lighting throughout house Sharp and scratchy dresser pulls in loft area where children would stay - more than once - kids and adults were scratched. Not clear on description that one of the upper level bedrooms did not have private bath - meaning not all rooms have ensuite bathroom. - extra bath is on lower level so one of the upper bedrooms have to share a bath. - the loft bunk set up is a very small twin over twin bunk and another twin with a trundle. There is also two chairs that convert into small beds. There are glass doors that separate the space but no shades. lack of daily cleaning was disappointing. The washer and dryer were tiny - again - for a large unit that advertises that it sleeps 16 this was a pain.

Gorgeous View!

The grounds were very nice and staff at the property were very helpful & attentive. The view from the condo was probably the best of all the units. It was definitely large enough to fit our entire family. The only negative I have is that the condo itself needed some repairs. The air conditioning did not work upstairs. After a couple of days engineering finally came & hooked up a portable unit. They left it laying on a bed with a tube hooked up & plastic around it going out a window. It cooled most of the upstairs but not the bedroom my pregnant daughter was sleeping in. Kitchen sink did not work properly (water only came out of sprayer) nor did bathtub drain in master. Furniture was very worn & stained.

Absolutely the BEST there is in VAIL!

We stayed at this beautiful property for 5 nights for a mini-family reunion. Everyone was absolutely impressed at this amazing place. The renovations and upgrades that were done were spectacular. The concierge told me that this unit was the "show off" unit whenever big names or managers come into town to see the property. We will DEFINITELY stay here again when we come back to Vail!

Amazing service and views

All-around excellent property. The views down the Gore Range are amazing (some of the best in Vail) and the service from the Ritz-Carlton is, as expected, top-notch.
