Our dome is at the highest point of a hill which gives a nice view of the surrounding mountains.

The final 1/4 mile approach to the dome is a gravel road. The road has a few steep stretches, but these are easily navigated by maintaining speed.

The dome is located at an elevation of ~2800 feet which gives great views of the surrounding Blue Ridge Mountains. The drive to the dome is all on paved roads except the last quarter mile which is gravel. The gravel stretch does have a hill that is moderately steep. Many smaller / lower riding vehicles such as Teslas and Elantras have made the drive with no issues - so you shouldn't have any problem. But given the choice a larger vehicle may be preferable to some. In the event of snow a 4x4 vehicle is required.
We allow dogs with a $99 fee, two dogs maximum.

If you prefer not to bring your own firewood, we have split and seasoned firewood available on-site. You can pay via Venmo (@LeisrStays), and a sign with payment details is provided.

Hot tub is available for use year round, use at your own risk.
