July 4th retreat in mountains

We absolutely loved our stay. The property is immaculate. We enjoyed the animals. The space is so clean and comfortable. It’s also a beautiful property at the base of the mountains. Stayed for 4 nights, but we could have stayed longer at this location. Hosts are extremely friendly and helpful.

Wonderful!

We enjoyed this little casita very much! Very cute, cozy and comfortable. Mike and Jody are lovely people and made sure we knew they were available for anything that we may need. They gave us very good advice as they are very knowledgeable about the area. It really helped us make the most of our time spent there. Highly recommend. Hope to visit again someday!!

Wonderful stay

We couldn’t have been happier with our visit to Kanab. The location was perfectly situated - close to town, Zion, and most importantly, Best Friends Animal Sanctuary. The hosts were wonderful and we had everything we needed to make it a great trip. We’re already trying to figure out when we can come back.

Great place!

We had a great time in Kanab. The casita was perfect. This location was great. We were about 30 minutes from Zion and a little over an hour from antelope slot canyon and Horse Bend in Page Arizona. The hosts were so friendly and the casita was a great home base.

Peaceful retreat close to town

First time visiting the Kanab area.

The casita has everything you need. It is clean and the beds are very comfortable. We had enough room for our truck and trailer, and used our trailer for a garage for our trike. Since we had never been to this area before, we felt an extra security with Jody and Mike being there. They both greeted us and gave us tips on places to see. They are such nice people. We loved the donkeys and the quiet setting of their house. We would stay here again when visiting the Kanab area.

Awesome Casita!!

Casita was amazing! Quiet, immaculate and very close to local grocery stores and restaurants. The Casita was very well stocked! Host Jody and Mike were very welcoming. This was just what my husband and I needed after visiting the national parks. We highly recommend this Casita and I have to mention the adorable donkeys that were such an added joy!

We had a great time at JodyÂŽs place. Everything was perfect and we enjoyed staying at the Casita. Kanab is a perfect spot to do all the spots around within a daytrip (Bryce, Zion, North Rim, Lake Powell ....). Thank you Jody for the very pleasant stay!

Great time in Utah

The home is very comfortable and welcoming. Got to meet the owner who was very nice. They are available if you need anything which is great. The home is located in middle of everything we wanted to see. I know if we were to come back to Utah we would stay here sgain.

Perfect Honeymoon Getaway

My husband and I chose to stay here for our long overdue honeymoon and it was perfect. The casita has so much personality and felt like a little home away from home. The location is perfectly, centrally located to all of the places we wanted to visit and the scenery is spectacular! Jody and Mike were ready with plenty of helpful suggestions and we loved meeting their four-legged family members, especially Maggie and the donkeys😁 We hope to return again!

Great vacation spot!

Quiet oasis

We loved staying here for three week we wanted to see all 3 parks. Jody greeted us right away and let us know if we needed anything don't be afraid to ask... we didn't but it was nice knowing they were so close if so. We hope to stay here again in thre future . Highly recommend Donkey Tails Casita

Great location for hiking around southern Utah

We had a great time staying in Kanab. Jody and Mike's place was quiet and clean and convenient for exploring the area. We went hiking in Zion and Bryce. Plus we went to Wire Pass and Cottonwood canyon. The place was well stocked for cooking. We made every breakfast there and a few dinners. After a long day of hiking, it was always nice to come back to a relaxing place to stay.

Casita Peacefulness

Jody and Mike have pulled out all the stops for their guests. This cozy casita is well stocked with all you need, quiet and relaxing after a day of exploring the National Parks. Pristine and spotless! The 2 donkeys on the property just add to the charm. Kanab is a nice town with plenty of restaurants to please anyone’s palate. Come and stay a spell.

August 2022 trip

It was amazing the hosts are so helpful with tips to get around places to eat and things to do. I did not want to leave. Plus bonus you got to pet the donkeys and play with Maddie when she was out. Amazing time can’t wait to go back.
