There are two spacious living rooms and a game room with shuffleboard and a bar, making the home great for groups and families. The large backyard has a brand new privacy fence and pergola to relax under. The brand new kitchen is fully stocked and includes a Keurig. The neighborhood is quiet with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Easy drive to both Dallas and Forth Worth.

This is a well maintained, quiet residential neighborhood in the middle of Dallas Fort Worth. It's easy to get anywhere in DFW because of the central location and easy access to highways nearby.

This property had a recent complete interior and exterior remodel and is beautifully updated and upgraded! It's very spacious at over 2200 sq ft in size, very comfortably sleeps 8, and has a large, private backyard.
