This spacious house has everything you need for a short or long term stay, propped in the safest neighborhood!
Your new home away from home boasts a full kitchen, 3 bedrooms, full bath, washer/dryer, WiFi, smart tv, and fully fenced back yard!
This property is home to owls, eagles, beavers, and river otters so keep your eye out for cool wildlife!
If youâre lucky, you can see the bald eagle swoop down and grab a fish out of the river!

Located near the end of a private road with only 5 other buildings, this is the safest neighborhood around! Ample parking for even larger vehicles. Nearby is the entrance to amazing mountain bike trails, the riverwalk, the casino, and a few short miles to downtown! A train passes by about the distance of 2 blocks away on occasion. The guidebook includes great places to dine as well as some fun activities for everyone!

No parties or events. Please keep it quiet and respectful to neighbors.
Damage deposit is $1000. This preauthorization will be refunded/disappear from your bank/credit card statement 4 days after you check out and there`s confirmation that there were no damages or extra cleaning from your stay.

If you smoke outside, please be sure that your cigarettes end up in the trash đ
No animals on the furniture or beds!
Do not leave animals at the property unsupervised unless they are kenneled. Unsupervised dogs tend to tear down curtains, bark, and get on furniture.
If you use appliances, dishes, etc, please clean, dry, and return everything where you found them. Please take all of your items with you.
The maid will take care of linens, towels, wipe down, taking out trash, sweep, and mop, but please pick up after yourself and be tidy. This is how we have low cleaning/maid fees for such a large unit, so we appreciate your help in keeping it this way đđŒ
