The rental was a true gem. The property has so much character and offered a relaxing atmosphere. It was close enough to local attractions but still felt like a quiet retreat. Check-in was a breeze thanks to the clear instructions. We would absolutely stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was absolutely superb, and the attention to detail really stood out. Everything was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully prepared for our arrival. The bedding was fresh and very comfortable, and the entire home had such a welcoming, relaxing feel. You can tell that a lot of care goes into making guests feel comfortable. It was the perfect place for our Outer Banks getaway, and we would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

Great property! Highly recommended! We had a wonderful time! Beautiful! Clean! Relaxing! Close to the beach. The marsh land view is gorgeous and a nice compliment after coming back from the beach.If able to return, we would want to stay at this property again!

Quiet peaceful location. Only issue was parking. We have an Expedition & F150. Large vehicles will not fit at the unit. Rock parking at the end of the unit but our vehicle stuck out into the road.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our extended weekend at Egret's Walk. The location was central to all the things we had planned. The neighborhood was quiet. The home was clean, well stocked, and comfy, with nice marsh views. Thanks to the hosts for making things easy.

This home was absolutely wonderful for our quick getaway to the outer banks. We have been traveling here for nearly 40 years and never stayed off oceanfront. I always loved the Colington area and the restaurant here. The location was superb. The pool was a super amenity for my children. It was a short drive to the beach. The home was immaculate. The decor and theme is what ultimately sold us to stay here. It was my elderly Aunt’s first visit to the outer banks and the first floor bedroom is the second feature that sold the property to us. The furniture, style, and home feel were on point. We fell in love with all of it, even the lovely floors. Wonderful view of the marsh and sound. Wildlife watching too. Highly recommend this property and the host. Very attentive and answers all questions immediately. Wish we could have stayed longer. We will be back. Thank you so very much again. The Chadwicks

This property is wonderful! There are beautiful views from every window, it was incredibly clean, the layout was perfect, and the host was very responsive to any inquiries. A notebook was provided with restaurant suggestions, all information pertinent to the property, and suggested activities. The community pool was great. We loved the location! I really appreciated the little things, for example, the yummy ground coffee. I would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at this property was fantastic! The rooms were incredibly clean, and the host was very welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. We loved having access to the pool, and the location was perfect with plenty of shops nearby. Highly recommend!

We’ve stayed at many properties for over 20 years in OBX and I have to say this was one of the best. Beautiful, modern, well-equipped, clean, gorgeous locale, lovely, responsive host, etc. We already want to plan for next year. If I could give 1,000 stars, I would.

The property was as listed! It was clean and inviting - the kitchen had everything we needed. The sunsets were heavenly. We like being secluded from the on-road traffic - and just jump in the car for a 5-minute drive to access the beach! It was nice to be convenient to the supermarket, eateries, and family activities. We made great memories. This was a wonderful vacation stay - we did not need to contact the host for anything! Now that is saying something!!!

What an amazing stay! We felt as if we were staying at a friend’s house with all the amenities! Each room with bathroom was convenient and the comfy beds and soft sheets were ann added bonus. All the utilities and appliances in the condo worked perfectly. The Property is a short drive off the main drag and was super convenient to beaches with ample parking / lifeguard stations in KDH. The peaceful setting was the perfect way to relax after our busy days. Thank you for an amazing stay!

We loved our stay here. Very clean - great location with lots of attractions and dining options close by. This home is off the main stretch but minutes away from the public beach. Pool was a 90 second d walk away. Loved everything about this location - would highly recommend!
