With a group of six adults and four little ones, this was a really good setup for us! It’s hard to find good places that can accommodate three separate families. But this place was perfect for our needs! It was clean, and had plenty of room for everyone. We did have a couple of maintenance issues while we were here but the host was quick to respond and fixed our issue ASAP.

We had a group of seven who were in town for the Boston College football game. Everyone complemented the condition, cleanliness, and comfort of the apartments. We rented both apartments, and it was easy to go back-and-forth as if it were one kudos to the team from heirloom guests for a memorable stay.

Nice large apartment

I rented 2 units in this building to accommodate a group of 6 friends who were in town for a university event. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for us, and it was great to have a common area where we could all hang out and catch up on life. I would be happy to book this property again next time I’m in town with a group.

All around great

Our 6 adults came together for a wedding in Arlington. The location is perfect for getting around Boston, including touristing to popular destinations around town without the headaches of being right downtown. A key plus is easy on-street parking. Having two kitchens and two sitting rooms worked really well for us. We also found the managers of this property were about the most responsive we’ve ever experienced with VRBO properties.

It was pretty much what we expected physically, did not like that the outside door to one of the apartments was wide open when we arrived and towel rack was taped to wall in one bathroom. Did appreciate coffee, plenty of towels and dishes available.

6/10 Okej

Gillade: Renlighet, incheckning och plats
The property is clean and nicely decorated. The 2 units do sleep 10 people. Our issue was that there was not a space large enough to comfortably accommodate us all at once. Also, the wifi is awful. It comes and goes every 5 minutes. Which in turn the tv goes in and out. For the three days we were unable to watch TV and have stable internet. When I reached out to the owner I informed him his solution did not work and I got no further communication.
