-Sports Facilities: Tennis, basketball, volleyball courts, and clubhouse access.
Some areas, such as the locked utility room, are permanently off-limits for safety reasons. All bedrooms have knob locks and may be locked accidentallyâif you need access, please contact us for assistance.

Occupancy Limit: Maximum of 8 and 2 additional guests (with approval).
Minimum age to book: 25 years old (exception for children with parents).
Trash Policy: Guests must take the trash to the community compactor. Passes and details are provided upon check-in.
Cameras: Exterior security cameras monitor the driveway and backyard for guest safety.

All guests must complete the Emerald Lakes rental registration form at least 24 hours before check-in. The form will be sent to you after booking, and timely submission is the guestâs responsibility to ensure smooth access to the community.
