Serenity, a beautifully spacious home tucked among the woods of Southern Shores, truly lives up to its name. This spacious, high elevation home offers wooded privacy but is just a quick walk to the beach and centrally located between the restaurants and shops of Duck and Kitty Hawk.
Offering 5 bedrooms and 4 œ baths, Serenity provides ample room for extended family or friends to join you on your Outer Banks vacation. An open kitchen and dining room welcome you as you enjoy morning coffee or prepare memorable meals together.
Enjoy the scenery and sounds of nature on the upper and lower decks. Catch some rays or view the night sky on the sun deck. Two of the bedrooms are en suites, with private baths, and all bedrooms have televisions. Come together as a group or retire to your own rooms for privacy and relaxation. Thereâs plenty of space for both!
Outside, Serenity hosts a sparkling swimming pool (pool heat is available for $350), a cozy hot tub, a basketball goal, and a volleyball net for tons of family fun. Check back soon for photos!
Serenity will surely become your new family-favorite vacation spot, to return to year after year.
Please note, there is an exterior-facing camera located at the front of the property positioned towards the driveway.
2 passes are available with a $15 + tax deposit per pass for the Southern Shores Civic Association amenities, including beach parking and community parks. One parking pass is available with a $20+ tax deposit to park in the Chicahauk lot on the North Side of Chicahauk Trail at Spindrift.

Mid Level: King en suite with private bath, king bedroom with double futon that shares a Jack and Jill bath with a pyramid bunk and twin bedroom.
