Serenity, a beautifully spacious home tucked among the woods of Southern Shores, truly lives up to its name. This spacious, high elevation home offers wooded privacy but is just a quick walk to the beach and centrally located between the restaurants and shops of Duck and Kitty Hawk.
Offering 5 bedrooms and 4 ½ baths, Serenity provides ample room for extended family or friends to join you on your Outer Banks vacation. An open kitchen and dining room welcome you as you enjoy morning coffee or prepare memorable meals together.
Enjoy the scenery and sounds of nature on the upper and lower decks. Catch some rays or view the night sky on the sun deck. Two of the bedrooms are en suites, with private baths, and all bedrooms have televisions. Come together as a group or retire to your own rooms for privacy and relaxation. There’s plenty of space for both!
Outside, Serenity hosts a sparkling swimming pool (pool heat is available for $350), a cozy hot tub, a basketball goal, and a volleyball net for tons of family fun. Check back soon for photos!
Serenity will surely become your new family-favorite vacation spot, to return to year after year.
Please note, there is an exterior-facing camera located at the front of the property positioned towards the driveway.
Parking passes are available with a $15 + tax deposit per pass for both Southern Shores and Chicahauk community amenities. Amenities include beach parking, boat ramp, tennis, pickleball, and community parks.

Lower Level: Laundry area, recreation room with pool table and TV, queen bedroom, full hall bath.
Mid Level: King en suite with private bath, king bedroom with double futon that shares a Jack and Jill bath with a pyramid bunk and twin bedroom.
Top Level: Open great room with kitchen, dining and sun room; king en suite with private bath.
