Detta nyligen renoverade samtida rustika bondgÄrd ligger pÄ sjutton privata tunnland med utsikt över en expansiv panoramautsikt över kullarna med utsikt över djÀvulens ryggrad. Milda vindar, naturens ljud och vackra ekar kommer att lugna dina sinnen. Ett stort Ärhundrade ek som uppskattas vara tvÄ hundra femtio Är gammalt sitter majestÀtiskt pÄ kanten av ett stort fÀlt nÀra huset. En gammal stÄng och det ursprungliga uthuset pÄminner dig om denna speciella fastighets historia.

GÄrdens frÀmre veranda vÀlkomnar dig att komma och besöka. De tvÄ huvuddörrarna öppnar mot en stor ingÄng med tvÄ sovrum i nÀrheten. Det första sovrummet har tvÄ dubbelsÀngar och det andra sovrummet har tvÄ enkelsÀngar och en rulla. BÄda sovrummen har enastÄende utsikt över trÀdgÄrden och dalen. Denna sida av hemmet har ett halvt bad ocksÄ. Ett lerrum för förvaring ligger strax innanför den andra ingÄngen och gÄr in i det stora köket. Avancerade apparater i rostfritt stÄl, bÀnkskivor av kvarts och köksö gör det möjligt att laga stora mÄltider. Ett trÀbÀnkomrÄde med bÀnkpallar gör det till ett trevligt frukostomrÄde pÄ morgonen.

Det stora matbordet med plats för tio gÀster har bekvÀmt utsikt över vacker utsikt över trÀdgÄrds- och bergslandskapet genom stora bildfönster och skapar ett bra samlingsomrÄde för mÄltider och spel. Vardagsrummet har en soffa, kÀrleksstol och stolar med satellit-TV, Blu-ray-spelare med en samling DVD-skivor, trÄdlöst internet och brÀdspel.

Höger sida av hemmet har ett komplett badrum, ett sovrum med en king size-sÀng och kÀrlekssits och ett sovrum med en king size-sÀng och ett komplett badrum. Det finns ocksÄ ett stort tvÀttstuga med tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare. Den bakre verandan med en takflÀkt Àr ett bekvÀmt omrÄde att njuta av utsikten nÀr som helst pÄ dagen. Det finns gott om sittplatser under ekarna med Adirondack-stolar och ett picknickbord. Det finns ocksÄ en helt ny badtunna!

Detta hem Àr perfekt för avkoppling, men med bara en femton minuters bilresa till Wimberley eller Canyon Lake livsmedelsbutiker, shopping och restauranger Àr inte lÄngt borta.

The whole family met up at the Fischer Farmhouse and enjoyed a long holiday weekend in a beautiful place. It is the most appointed home that I have ever stayed at which made it feel so comfortable. Everyone was very happy with their beds and all slept well. We enjoyed watching the deer in the morning and the hot tub in the evening. I wouldn’t hesitate to book it again because it is so close to everything in the area. So nice!

Great Texas getaway

Our vacation to Texas hill country was amazing. Lots of room for our family to sprawl out and enjoy the wonderful views and amenities that were provided. Highly recommend this option for anyone that might be looking for a getaway off the beaten path.

Beautiful property. Clean. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms for our group of 5 adults. This was a 2 night stay for a family wedding. It would be a great property for a longer stay. However, it was stressful because of the number of rules. I don’t know if that is common with all VRBO. We would probably book a standard hotel room the next time.

The Fischer Farmhouse was clean and very spacious. Our group enjoyed being able to sit together inside and out. They had lots of seating and it was perfect for a large group.

Close to lots of Day adventures the property offers a great space for family to use as a home base. Jacob’s Well, Wimberley’s fun shopping and eating, and so much more! Great Place!

Our Family of 5 adults and two small boys could not have spent our Christmas at a more perfect place! The property is quiet with beautiful views and lots of room for peaceful walks. The home is very well equipped and stocked with everything you could need. We never left the property during our stay over Christmas and enjoyed cooking some great meals, game playing, and just enjoying the beautiful home and views!

SAFETY ISSUE

The property is beautiful, inside and out. However, there is one MAJOR safety issue that needs to be addressed, in my opinion. The living room area is "sunken" so there is a step down from the dining room to the living room and from the kitchen hallway to the living room. The engineered flooring is the exact same color and pattern, making the step down difficult to see. We had a 95 year old, on a walker, who did not see the step down. She fell and had to be taken by ambulance to the emergency room in San Marcos. She had multiple contusions, bleeding and a broken arm. We are thankful she did not break her hip. My wife fell at the same spot a day earlier, but was not hurt. Should there not be something like a stripe or something to help people see that the floor has a drop off? It is well "camouflaged" because it has the same flooring, laid out in the same direction and is VERY difficult to see. I would NOT recommend the property to anyone else due to this issue, which needs to be fixed immediately, in my opinion. I have pictures from various angles if you want them.

Location in countryside. Very quiet with lovely views. House is comfortable with great kitchen and living areas. One bedroom wing with 4 beds and a half bath without a shower or tub. Must share with second bedroom wing. Not a good plan

Beautiful View

This home is big and beautiful. The fire pit is fantastic. The hot tub is in a great location to enjoy the view. The windows open wide to let the cool air in. Everything was clean and updated. My only suggestion- I unpack completely on vacation. Hate living out of a suitcase. Chest of drawers in all the bedrooms and an armoire in the double queen would be so appreciated.
