This is a beautiful property and I felt lucky to be able to get it during the prime renting season I was looking at. Every inch of the house was clean and scrubbed, and also decorated well. There was ample parking as my party was coming from all corners of the state to gather here. It was also quiet with beautiful trees, lots of windows and fresh air. Communication with the host was beyond superb. I was a newbie vacation renter, and this host put me at ease immediately every time I had questions. The house is well stocked with linens, equipment, pots and pans and dishes and many thoughtful touches. All in all, I had such a favorable stay, I’ve already asked the host if she has other properties. If you have the opportunity to vacation at this property, you should go ahead and book it. You’ll be glad you did.

Everything was perfect! Showed up late and our host Jane was quick to answer my call. We brought food and drinks, the kitchen had all the appliances we needed and MORE! Jacuzzi, outdoor firepit, grill, tree swing for the kids, not to mention the game room with entertainment for ALL ages! Pet friendly! Probably the best family trip ever!!!

Clean, updated, spacious cabin

We travel to Munds every summer before school starts back up for the kids. This was our first time staying at this cabin, and we would definitely stay there again. It was large, clean and updated with all the amenities we needed. We appreciated that we were able to take our small dog. Commutation was friendly and prompt. Overall it was a great stay!

Great Stay. Plenty of Room. Everything you need.

We had a wonderful stay for a mini family reunion. Plenty of room for all of us to have our privacy, but still lots of space to socialize in the living room and outdoor areas. Cabin is located in a very nice community with access to hiking and outdoor activities. Located close to both Flagstaff and Sedona. Loved the outdoor sitting and eating spaces. Great grill and loved that even a meat thermometer was available to make sure the steaks were cooked perfectly.

The property was gorgeous all around the only down fall was the AC and mini spilt cooler were hard to function and keep it cool in the house besides that everything was great!

We thought the location was nice, the hot tub was nice, the communication was mostly good except we were given the wrong code for the door initially but that got fixed, having the ability to do laundry was nice. I got bit by bugs the last night on my abdomen. 5 bites. I reported that. We had/have a concern about possible bed bugs. The host assures us they had an inspection done and no bed bug activity was found. My bites and the pattern are still indicative of that of bed bugs although there is no way to be sure. After my inspection of the king bed, I noticed dried red staining on the mattress protector pad. Also, reported to the host. I took pictures and video of that. We had issues with the heat. After the system was reset, the heat worked. There is a large hole in the wall upstairs that has a wire mesh seal blocking mice/squirrels from entering. The hole does go through and has visible light to the outside. Note: Bats can enter spaces as small as a pencil eraser. It would be good to fully seal that. No bat activity noted. I know writing this report may impact our rating but I must state what happened during our experience. It is a beautiful area that is centrally located. We unfortunately did not have a good experience with the rental. This was our first poor experience we have ever had with a VRBO.

Aside from the drainage issues in two of the showers the house was great. The bedrooms are spacious. The kitchen is big and the living area is nice.
