What a fantastic place! It was great having the deck to sit out on at night, very scenic and peaceful. The location can’t be beat! We had one rainy day and went to the nearby candlepin bowling and axe throwing place for a fun afternoon. Our host was always responsive if needed. We highly recommend this place and if back in Falmouth would definitely stay again!

What a beautiful house! Every inch of the home and property was immaculate and in excellent condition. We loved the water views, drinking coffee on the deck each morning, and having the kayaks available to enjoy.The host was incredibly responsive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed, although we had zero issues during our stay. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the location is stellar.We truly felt so lucky to stay here and had such a wonderful experience. We loved it so much that we're already planning to book again for next year! Highly recommend!

What an incredible stay we had at Lynn and Jerry's home for 5 weeks on Green Pond. We loved the setting and looked forward to opening our shades each morning to enjoy the beautiful serene views of the water, bird life and the tall grasses. Sitting on the deck was paradise and made it impossible not to relax and feel so lucky to have found such a gem. The house is very comfortable and has everything you could need from lobster pots to beach chairs. and kayaks. Lynn and Jerry were perfect hosts, always availble to answer our questions and accomodate our needs. Another great feature to the house is it's poximenty to everything you could need even though when your in the house, you feel like you're a million miles from civilization. Smitty's ice cream, the best on the cape, is right at the end of the street - another major plus!If you're looking for a little piece of paradise, book now, word is getting out!

This is a great house in a beautiful location. There were views of the pond from everywhere in the house, and easy access to the dock. The pictures didn't do justice to the interior, which was very bright, clean, airy, and modern. The house had every amenity we needed and the check-in / check-out was easy.

Treat yourself to an experience you'll never forget. If peace, quiet, and exquisite beauty sound good, you can do no better than this lovely home overlooking an ocean inlet at the end of a dead-end street. From anywhere in the house, on the wrap-around deck or the balcony off the master bedroom, you'll see swans, egrets, gulls and ducks. You'll hear the wind whispering through oak and cherry trees, and nothing else but the water lapping at the dock. The kitchen is well stocked and we wanted for nothing. All the beds were comfortable. Though the property is secluded, it's just minutes away from ocean beaches, Smitty's wonderful ice cream stand, the Cape Cod Winery and a local library.

The house on the water was perfect for my family’s vacation. It was well located to the ferry, food and entertainment. We appreciated the quiet retreat on the water after a busy day of sightseeing. Mary reached out several times to make sure we were ok and was very responsive when we asked a question. Great stay! Thank you!
