Wandering in Sedona

Very nice two room condo. Sitting area and bedroom provided plenty of room for the two of us. Easy access to walk uptown. All the trailheads just a short drive away.

Excellent

This particular unit in building B provided an excellent view of the rocks, was very close to the lobby/main building with the pool/spa. The unit is dated, small, clean, comfortable, and well furnished, which suited our needs perfectly because we spent most of the day exploring the area and had a nearby and comfortable place to come back to. Location was great as we could easily walk to Tlaquepaque. However, many stores/restaurants don’t open until 10 am and close early. Maybe because it’s not the tourist season. There’s mini golf, tennis courts, and a great little park by Oak Creek on the property. Checkin was easy. They knew we were renting from an owner do they didn’t bother with any sales talks. We wouldn’t mind renting this unit again.

Great Place and Location

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Los Abrigados. It is well maintained, and has a great location being right next to Tlaquepaque, and very close to Uptown Sedona.

Fantastic property & Location

We enjoyed our stay the property was beautiful location fantastic BUT pretty sure our bed sheets were not throughly cleaned - disgusted at most likely a few bed bugs. We arrived from our long drive - pulled back the sheets to rest for a bit- saw obvious evidence of bugs and one long large black hair. I do have photos to share We took sheets that were packaged in closet and used them. I did wake up to bites. To say the least our beaming review is held back to the cleanliness issue gross!!!

Best Place to Stay in Sedona

The resort is right behind Tlaquepaque and walking distance to everything in uptown Sedona. The pool and jacuzzi were great and the creek behind the resort was a great place to enjoy nature away from tourists. I will definitely book here again.

Great location and setting

I like this spot so much that it is the second time in 2 months I have stayed here. The staff are super. The location is great (especially when there is any roadwork going on as traffic can bottleneck just as you get to Tlaquepaque). I actually took time to walk around and photograph the beautiful flowers and look forward to returning when the tennis court construction is complete so that I can walk the labyrinth.

Good location, great space, beautiful views

Overall we thought Los Abrigados Resort was a great place to stay. The check-in/out process was quick and easy. Everyone was friendly. The condo was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities that you'd want. It was an awesome added perk to be able to use the laundry facilities. The grounds are beautiful and well-kept, and overall very quiet. The resort is walking distance from uptown (we also walked to West Sedona - but that was a bit of a trek and all uphill). Sedona, itself, is stunning. Our only complaint was with the city itself, which is not geared towards pedestrians at all and there is no public transportation. This seems surprising for a destination that is visited for it's natural beauty - you are forced to drive your car from spot to spot. Overall we had a great stay/visit and would recommend Scott's place to anyone visiting the area.

Older unit in great location

The price and location were great for this unit in Sedona. It is an older unit, but well maintained and clean. The unit and complex had everything we needed and the location was close to the visitor center, restaurants, and ice cream!

Great place to stay

Location was convenient to all the mountain biking and town. Pool and hot tub were great. Didn't miss having the oven as there are well maintained grills on the property we used every night. Free laundry facilities were a bonus as well.

Incredible resort

We stayed for 2 days during a mid-west road trip. David at check in was amazing. He was efficient, friendly, and very informative! From that point on the resort was perfect!it was clean, close to everything, and filled with amenities. The pool and hot tub were spectacular, Thanks to all the staff for making our stay such a joy and well worth a cross country return trip!! Kerry

Lovely facility but a little dark and parking was a hassle

Check in was slow. 5 agents at the desk but checked in only one at a time with several guests waiting. Agent didn't know about VRBO and prepaid status. Wanted to run charge on my credit card. Had to show him show him charge online. Supervisor intervened and got the answer. Despite a slow start, we enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and well equipped suite.

Resort was clean and amenities abundant

We so enjoyed being at the resort and took advantage of many of the amenities offered....well-stocked fitness center and beautiful locker rooms, pool, hot tub, pickle ball.... It was a wonderful experience.

Convenient Sedona

We very much enjoyed our stay at Los Abrigados Resort. The quiet setting, next to the creek with lots of mature trees, is central and a quick walk to restaurants and shops. The tennis court is in a beautiful setting but could use a little more frequent clean up. Scott was easy to communicate with and check in and out were fast and easy. We will definitely stay here again.
