Wonderful, will be booking again.

One of the best weekends with my brother as we visited PNS to attend the Blue Angels Homecoming weekend. The condo was spotless, had several amenities and perfect if you want to stay ON the beach! We slept with the sliding doors open for the breeze and to hear the waves on the shore. Communication with property manager also A++. Call or text them with any question, comment, etc., and within minutes they respond. The price was great....when we walked in the door we both said, "oh my gosh, this is amazing." We highly recommend!!!! Thank you.

No laundry room

Great place. But the picture with a laundry room is misleading. It does current tenants no good that this facility used to have a laundry room. Would have stayed somewhere else. No one wants to drive to a laundromat on vacation.

Great view of the beach

The property had great location and easy access to the beach. Great view of the ocean and beach. Only complaint would be the condo needed updated and there was no laundry available on site.

Property was as advertised and worth the price.

This property had everything we needed and the view of the beach was great! The proximity to the pool was ideal for the kids and it was only a very short walk to the beach. I'd definitely recommend this unit for others.

Everything was absolutely great except for the big stain in one of the twin beds in the second bedroom and the chip clip holding the shower curtain in the master bath.

Property was quite outdated and there was no washer and dryer available in the unit or on the property. We have stayed in other units on this property that were much better equipped. The location and beach views were great.

Clean but needs updating

The property was very clean. The furniture was extremely dated and worn out - water warped coffee table, dining chairs faded and worn, hodge podge patio furniture, twin bed mattresses were so incredibly hard - needed to pad with extra blankets in order to simply sleep. The living room tv is so old it isn’t compatible with HD so local channels were blurry and screen size cut off most heads despite which settings we chose. It was highly disappointing considering we paid just as much as others in our group with nicely updated condos. Definitely didn’t get what we paid for.

Short stay at Pensacola Beach

Had to reserve condo in a hurry due to family health concerns in Pensacola. Didn't have time to read all the fine print. Had 2 issues- (1) had no washer and dryer. (2) could not turn down AC below 70 degrees. Other than that, everything was great!

Perfect location

We enjoyed our stay and found the location to be wonderful. It was clean with everything we needed. My only complaint was no washer and dryer. The towels, blinds and shower curtains need updating.

The management did not help us on time.

We got there around 7 p.m. there was no internet in the place, when we call management the person who was on the phone was so obnoxious and hang up on us. Next day we called again. Finally around noonish they came and find the router behind one of the couches. Also, there was not enough toilet papers (1 and half rolls for 4 days? Manager promised to bring some which he never did. Overall, we don’t recommend this place at all.

Unbeatable View

Check in and out was easy. The view truly can’t be beat - the condo is right on the beach and an easy walk directly to the water. You’re close enough to hear the waves from the bedroom and living room. The furniture was comfy (although slightly different from what’s in the pictures) and the kitchen was decently stocked. A perfect vacation rental if you’re looking to relax and see the water. We saw dolphins, turtles, and stingrays all from the balcony. We had an excellent stay but only gave four stars due to a weird miscommunication between the condo HOA and the management company. During our stay, the HOA scheduled maintenance and didn’t inform the rental company which led to a maintenance man entering the unit while we were there without advanced notice to us. (I was in the shower and my partner was sleeping.) This wasn’t the fault of the rental company but bears mentioning because it really freaked us out. When we contacted the rental company they apologized and did get in touch with the HOA to verify that it was a legitimate maintenance person to put our mind at ease. Apart from that, communication was excellent with the rental company.

We got an older unit as far as decor, there was a “chip clip” holding the end of the shower curtain on and one of the sliding glass door blinds was taped on but they noted our pictures and were helpful. We will stay there again

6oth Girls Trip Birthday Party

We had a wonderful time! View is Spectacular. Could use a little more update in pictures, furniture, blinds, maybe some ceiling fans. Throw in free beach service. I would definitely stay here again!

View was great. Some issues with property. Room smell was poor. Toilet was having issues that we fixed. Bathrooms are small and not handicap accessible. Balcony chairs cheap and broken. We attempted to reach out to management but still have no response.
