South West Facing 4-bedroom villa Rotonda West, Overlooking Nature Reserve
Our villa is spacious and fully air-conditioned and sleeps up to 6 people. There are 4 bedrooms including 2 master suites (one king and one queen) and 2 twin bedrooms which share a further bathroom. Both master suites have their own TV / DVD. There are 2 separate lounge areas one of which features a 40 inch TV, DVD and CD. TV's in the villa receive numerous channels including NBC sports which shows premiership football. The other lounge provides a restful spot merely to relax, this room also serves as a dining room for those more formal dining occasions if required. A large fully equipped kitchen including microwave and dishwasher provides a more casual dining area. A separate utility room with washer and dryer completes the accommodation. We have installed a wireless broadband connection so you can sit on the lanai and surf the net.
The Villa is ideal for two family groups but equally suitable for parties which require that extra space, it is furnished throughout to a high standard with comfortable furniture.
The 2 master suites, kitchen and "quiet lounge" give access to the south west facing spacious lanai and extended deck area where the electrically heated swimming pool awaits, (pool heating recommended between November and April at an extra cost).
The swimming pool was resurfaced in May 2022, the pool area is fully equipped with pool toys, sunbeds and a large table and 6 chairs for al fresco dining, it looks down the meandering canal and the Nature Reserve.
We have a very friendly management company who look provide full maintenance of the property including weekly pool service and cleaning after your stay. In addition to office hours for general help and information about the villa or the area, they are available 24 hours a day for any emergencies.

We are from the UK, my wife and I love Florida, we have been going for the last 26 years. We bought our villa in 2005 after looking for about 2 years, we were looking for a nice quiet area close to the beach, where we could build a villa. We have achieved this and anybody who rents our villa will understand what we mean. We sit on our lanai and all we can hear his the birds, I still pinch myself sometimes to make sure I am not dreaming.
Having rented for many years we knew what we wanted and what potential renters would be looking for and that is what we have got. South West facing, a nice view, plenty of space, nice furnishing, extended pool area, with a homely feel and a air of Tranquility which is why we gave our villa that name.
The feedback we have got from past renters shows that they have found our villa a home from home and really enjoyed it. The beaches are second to none and we often see Dolphins swimming in the sea, we love the area more and more after each visit. The locals refer to this area has paradise and we can understand what they mean.
