Fun times in the sunshine

Relaxing 2 weeks with each other for our 42nd anniversary. Shared 1 week with close friends. Restaurants and shopping were within walking distance and the pool was fantastic. The staff were attentive to all our needs and always had a smile on their faces. We had a great time. Thank you for the hospitality.

Great location - walking distance to John’s pass and treasure island. The beach only a short walk away. The unit was very clean, kitchen well stocked and other essentials. Bed on the softer side. Pool is small but clean. The cleaning staff were very helpful. Overall great stay and we would return to the property again.

This was a great location, and provided all the necessities. The only thing I would suggest, is the queen bed be changed, as it was not very comfortable. The twin bed was great, and the sofa sleeper was used only a couple of times, but was fine. The staff was great, and we truly enjoyed our time at Treasure Island!!

Great stay! Clean, easy, great location, quiet and friendly. We highly recommend and will stay here again. When we checked out they found something our son left behind and texted us to tell us so we could go back for it. Thanks a ton!

Parking Is Tight

Someone was parked in my #6 parking spot when I came back Sunday night. I had to see if the car was gone later. I did not have any real options if that car had not left. The bed in the master bedroom needed to have a box spring supporting it rather than those straps on the frame. The bed was too soft because of this. Pool area is very small. This does not allow for much privacy or if one simply wants to be by one's self. Unit was very clean. Adequate kitchen utensils.

We were pleased with the property. The location is very centrally located and although just off the main road, it was secluded and quiet. The rental was clean and neat. The kitchen was stocked with plates, cooking items, dish washer, etc. The main bedroom has a queen (maybe full) sized bed, has a nice closet and was a decent size. There is also a small bedroom with a twin size bed. The pool was very nice. It was always clean and there was plenty of chairs, tables, and umbrellas. This location is a 1.5 block to a very nice beach. The water was safe to hang out in and the beach is very clean. There is a trolly that runs very near there that we were told is only $5/per person/day. We found out about this towards the end of our stay, so didn't get a chance to use it. It sounds like a great option because parking at the restaurants and shopping areas gets expensive. Also a great option of you don't have access to a vehicle. There was a minor problem with the televisions in our rental. Of the 3 TVs, only 1 of them worked. This wasn't a big deal to us. We were too busy enjoying the outdoor activities. I did call it in to the property manager, who sent someone out but was not able to fix the problems. Like I said, not a big problem for us. The check-in process. This is where we had a problem. From the beginning, the communication with the property manager was very minimal. I felt like my messages through VRBO weren't getting answered. I sent several messages about checking in, no replies. When we arrived there, I sent another message about how to check in, still no reply. I finally found a phone number to call and they told me how busy they were. They send check in information in an email I didn't recognize and probably deleted (not from VRBO). So, they resent me the info which gave us the code to check in. Then the next afternoon I received an email from someone with the rental asking if I was able to get in ok. Almost 24 hours after I sent a message asking how to enter the rental. We were not the only ones having problem with check in. We were approached by at least 5 other groups asking how to check in. We have heard that the place has now been sold and has new owners. My only complaint is the check-in and I'm sure they will be addressing that. Overall, It was a great place and we had a fantastic time.

Very nice

very clean. dislikes , person before us left full beverage in refrigerator that was not cleaned up. Guest bedroom room could have clean better dirt spots on walls. Not bad. All in very nice 🙂 would come again!

Great cozy bungalow

This bungalow was so cute and cozy. Just what we needed for a girls weekend getaway. It is beautifully remodeled and walking distance to restaurants and John Pass. The beach access is right across the street and the property also has a pool to enjoy.
