NEW SALTWATER POOL. Heated to 82 degrees starting March 28th A stylish experience Centrally located 6 minute drive to downtown! Sleeps 7, Newly remodeled, Mid-Century Modern decor and fully fenced yard. New furniture. Dining area & large breakfast bar, living room & hangout nook. 2 Master bedrooms w/en-suite bathrooms! Large European style kitchen; stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. 1 car garage and laundry machines.
The space
This is a great space for relaxing and family to get together.
The backyard is fully fenced in, super private and picturesque. There is currently a pool being installed, if you book this house please be aware and ok with people working in the backyard.
Cool updated furniture in the living room with a comfy nook to hangout in or play games! The dining room and kitchen are spacious with a large dining table and a full breakfast bar seating area/chefs kitchen with new stainless steel appliances.

Master Bedroom 1 : En- sute full size bathroom with stand up shower, king size bed, compact dresser in WALK IN CLOSET, new 32 inch ROKU tv, full size closet with hangers
Master Bedroom 2 : En- sute full size bathroom with stand up shower, king size bed, compact dresser in WALK IN CLOSET, new 32 inch ROKU tv, full size closet with hangers
Bedroom 3: Queen size bed with pull out twin trundle bed. Closet with small dresser, new 32 inch tv.
Full size laundry machines in the 1 car garage.
Location: Centrally located 1 mile to downtown, 6 miles to Saint Armand’s /Lido Key Beach, 5 miles to famous Siesta Key Beach/Siesta Village and 1.8 miles to PineCraft Village. Conveniently close to all downtown (1 mile) has to offer including tons of restaurants, movie theaters, art, boutique, opera house and Marina Jacks pier. Hop on the legacy trail to explore the city or get to Publix (grocery store)in a couple of minutes.
Super close to Payne Park for the kids! A 20 acre park with a kids playground, splash area, tennis courts, skate park, tons of picnic areas and walking paths.
