Denna vackra, moderna och stora 55m2 ett sovrum lägenhet på fjärde våningen är perfekt för en romantisk semester. Du vaknar till lugnet i den stora trädgården av bostad och solen stiger över vattnet. Sovrummet, vardagsrum och kök alla öppna på 17m2 terrass där det finns ett stort bord och loungemöbler att njuta av den vackra utsikten över hamnen, Antibes gamla stan och Medelhavet. Lägenheten är perfekt beläget med en 10 minuters promenad till centrum av Antibes och ca 15 minuters promenad till närmaste strand eller så kan du också njuta av den stora 25 m bassäng i bostaden.

Antibes är en av de vackraste historiska städerna på den franska Rivieran med dess med smala kullerstensbelagda gator, stora stadsmurar och den aura av "Picasso bodde en gång här". Det finns gott om utmärkta restauranger, små butiker och en daglig bondens marknad. Antibes ligger precis vid Medelhavet så att du har alla stränder och vattenaktiviteter som du kan tänka dig inom en kort promenad. Vi älskar också de närliggande bergen från 1 till 2 timmar bort kan du göra alla typer av berg aktiviteter som vandring, skidåkning, canyoning allt beroende på årstid.

Lovely apartment in great location

This is a lovely apartment. It had everything that we needed and in a great location, only 10 minutes walk to old town and train station. The view from the balcony is stunning. Comfy bed and really well equipped kitchen. The only thing for us that was missing was a clothes airer and pegs. Other than that, it was perfect!

Wonderful apartment with amazing views

A memorable stay in this apartment in Antibes. The view is jaw dropping on entering the apartment. No two days are the same with the ever changing sky and seascape. The dark evenings , with the marina and lights in the old town are also a delight. The location is good for access to the train and bus stations. It is possible to travel along the entire coast of the Cote D’Azur. The walk into the old town is about 15-20 mins - it takes longer to walk back as the apartment is in an elevated position to enjoy the spectacular views. The gardens and the pool area are beautifully kept. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is in there and we enjoyed the large terrace. The owners were very helpful during the booking process as were the managing agents. A most enjoyable stay!

Gillade: Kommunikation och plats

Lovely warm flat for winter stays.

We have holidayed on the Cote d'Azur for 15 years now and this was one of the best flats we have rented. It was very well equipped with good quality items, but also there was plenty of storage space (not always the case!) and it was not stuffed with obvious “cast-offs” from the owner’s home! The little touches (shampoo and shower gel sachets, Welcome Pack with washing up liquid, spare loo roll, washing machine tablets, etc.) were appreciated. The view from the balcony over the gardens to the marina and town of Antibes was lovely, and the neighbours were very friendly when encountered in the gardens or garage. The walk into town took around 15 to 20 mins (bit longer coming back up the hill!) and it was just 10 mins to the station for trains all along the coast. The flat was warm, which is important for holidays in February, and relatively easy to keep clean, although the vacuum cleaner didn’t work terribly well, and it and the mop were evidently made for people a lot shorter than I am. Given the expensive (and non-negotiable) cleaning charges, the number of “dust-bunnies” under the bed and crumbs around the rugs when we arrived was a little disappointing. Other than that, lovely place to stay and we’d definitely rent it again.

アンティーブのハーバーや旧市街の眺めの良い緑の多い素敵なマンションでした

とても誠意のある信用のできるオーナーさんの賃貸マンションに48泊させて戴きました。マンションのロケーションはアンティーブ駅から徒歩12分程にある10階建の5階(0階から始まるので、表示上は4階)で、大きなガラス扉のあるリビング・ダイニング、キッチン、ベッドルームの全てから、アンティーブのハーバーから旧市街地やピカソ美術館も良く見える最高の眺めでした。更にマンションは大きな庭園の中に建っているので、緑の多さが心を和ませてくれます。庭園には、飛び込み台もある25mの本格的なプールがあり、住民の皆さんが日光浴を楽しんでおられました。住民の皆さんとは年齢的にも近いこともあり、皆さんご親切な方ばかりで居心地がとても良かったです。ワンフロアに4戸しかないので、エレベーターもスムーズで、お隣さんとも良くお会いしてお話しさせて戴きました。設備は全て揃っていて、それもとても立派で何種類もある包丁や高価な食器やナイフ、スプーン、ホークなど使わないものの方が多い位でした。また全室に自動シャッターが付いているので、安心して眠れました。 55m2の広さは、一人旅の私には広過ぎと言う気にもなりましたが、毎日良い眺めを見ながら、立派なワイングラスで飲むワインの味は格別で、とてもゆったりした気分になれました。また、この場所で暮らせるのを楽しみにしています。

Magnifique

Nous avons vraiment passé un excellent séjour à Antibes, qui plus est dans ce superbe appartement très beau et fonctionnel. Magnifique vue sur Antibes, son port et la mer ! La piscine est très agréable et calme, hyper relaxante après une bonne journée à se promener sur la côte d'Azur. Le contact avec les propriétaires a été parfait, ils sont très disponibles et ont su répondre à toutes nos interrogations. Nous avons tout simplement passé 2 semaines au top et nous recommandons evidemment cette location !

Une vue splendide

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Quel bonheur de prendre notre déjeuner en ayant une telle vue ! L'appartement est propre et accueillant et la résidence est très calme et proche du centre d'Antibes. La piscine est un plus après une longue journée à se promener dans les alentours d'Antibes. Nous recommandons!

Large comfortable balcony with view of the Med.

Our top choice in Antibes. The big plus is the open view across the port and the old town from comfortable sofas on the balcony. We like the quiet in the evenings and at night. A short walk to the local supermarket up the road to stock up for your stay. Good local bus and train services to Juan les Pins and Nice, A car is not a necessity. Apartment clean and well equipped also with essential (free) Wifi. Manager responded rapidly to small problems e.g.our taxi service not showing up on time. We have booked this apartment in September for several years in a row and have recommended it to friends.

Lovely appartment

Great appartment within easy walking distance of old Antibes (approx 15 mins)and the railway station (approx 5 to 10 mins). Beautiful view, out of the lounge window, of the marina with the super yachts, and the flocks of parrots in the nearby trees. We had a car, but you could probably manage without as there are supermarkets fairly close, and trains from the railway station to Nice, Cannes, Grasse, etc. Would definitely recommend if you are going to stay in Antibes.

Great View, not comfortable for sleeping

The view was spectacular, great wifi, nice caretakers. Unfortunately, there were no curtains, and as soon as the sun came up, we were blinded by the sun each morning and at night there were bright security lights that shined in. They have big metal hurricane shutters, but that also stops any air from coming in and made the apartment too hot. Also, it was just one hard matress, with no box spring, so it felt a lot like sleeping on a futon. Sheets and towels were old and scratchy. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped. You probably want a car for this place, bc you could walk to a gas station in 10 minutes, but to get to restaurants and old town, it was closer to 20 minutes walking. Beautiful landscaping, but the mowers and leaf bowers ran from before 8AM til after 10:30AM on weekday mornings, making morning coffee on the balcony very loud, but the view was absolutely terrific. We loved our visit to Antibes, but were pretty tired from not sleeping well for 4 nights.

Alba di sogno

Appartamento molto bello con grande terrazzo vista mare in condominio signorile immerso in un curatissimo giardino. Si suggerisce di istallare aria condizionata in quanto le camere esposte tutte al sole risultano molto calde per tutta la giornata. Unica pecca i vicini un po' troppo invadenti

Incredible View

Everything about this apartment was even better than described. The view of the Marina is breathtaking, and we loved keeping an eye on which mega-yachts were in port!! The balcony runs the length of the unit, so it is basically three extra outdoor rooms beyond the indoor space. The bed is very comfy, the shower is superb, and the galley kitchen has everything you need! We're now hooked on a Nespresso machine!! We loved shopping at the local shops, as well as the markets throughout Old Antibes. And the restaurants that were recommended by Ruud and Elle were delightful. All in all, we loved our 2 weeks in your beautiful apartment, Natalie and Thomas!! Thank you so much for sharing ZenAzur!!

Lovely apartment with fantastic view of Antibes

This is a beautiful apartment in a secure, well maintained building. Overlooks a manicured garden and the Mediterranean Sea. You can easily walk to the train/bus station and to the charming old town of Antibes. Professionally managed and well equipped. We hope to return!

A nice apartment in a wonderful area.

It was a very nice apartment, well aquipped, clean and spacious. The garden is beautiful and has a big pool. We enjoyed our stay very much. It was just a short walk down to the town centre, which is very nice with Piccasso museum, the market, nice restaurants and cafés.

Spectacular view

Just perfect! Garage parking, secure building, large pool, beautiful garden, fast elevator, washer & dryer, bathtub, wifi, satellite cable, free telephone for landline calls abroad, storage areas, electric window blinds, fully stocked kitchen, huge balcony... A luxury apartment worth every penny. I highly recommend!

Einfach perfekt!

Wir( mein Mann, 17-jähriger Sohn und ich) haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Angaben im Online-Inserat waren korrekt. Das Appartement ist sehr geräumig und funktionell ausgestattet, besonders die Küche hat alle Stückerln gespielt. Von der Terasse hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf die herrliche Gartenanlage und die Altstadt, welche fußläufig in ca. 15 Min. erreichbar ist.Dort findet man sehr empfehlenswerte Restaurants. Auch der Empfang und Betreuung vor Ort durch Ruud und seine Frau waren sehr herzlich. Zu Fuß ist nur der Stadtstrand erreichbar, sonst ist Auto oder Bus erforderlich um zum Cap Antibes oder Juan-les-Pins zu gelangen. In dem wunderbaren Appartement fehlt nur eine Klimaanlage( Ventilatoren stehen zur Verfügung!), auch ein 2. Schlüsselbund wäre fein gewesen, da man diverse Portalöffner benötigt( auch um zum Pool zu kommen)

This is our home away from home. We hope to make it as comfortable for our guests as it is for ourselves when we visit. We have lived in Antibes for many years and upon leaving decided we needed to buy this apartment so we would always have a place to come back to and hopefully our guests will feel the same way.
