Absolutely horrible experience… got to the place an hour after we were supposed to check in. Contacted the host because we had no entry instructions at this point. She thentold us that the property was unavailable and refunded our money…in her defense quick to respond and refund our money and was apologetic. VRBO did make the situation right the best that they could and took care of us, however did leave us high and dry with no place to stay in the area that we are unfamiliar with. Kind of sucky when you are three states away from home with no place to stay… all in all I feel bad about leaving the terrible review, but I think it should be known. travelers beware please contact your host before getting there.

The owner cancelled my reservation 1 hour before check in and claimed that the property was double booked on another website. I had attempted to contact the host many times before the day of check in but I received zero responses from the host. I tried chatting and calling with no answers. Finally after attempting to call hours before check in date, the host cancelled and refunded my booking one hour before check in without any responses other than a small message with the refund. Terrible business, terrible communications, would not recommend to anybody, I had to scramble to find a place to stay last minute cause I was stuck with my family at a strange location with nowhere to stay.

We had a terrible experience with this property. The host canceled our reservation just one hour before check-in. I was traveling with three children, and this left us in a very stressful situation, scrambling to find another place to stay at the last minute. It was extremely difficult to find a replacement on such short notice, and it really disrupted our plans. I would not recommend booking this property due to the lack of reliability and consideration for guests.
