Njut av en prisvärd get-away i denna möblerad studio för effektivare utvidgad vistelse. Denna ombyggda enhet ger dig vackra boende på en av norra Michigans populära golf- och skidorter. Bellaire ligger i hjärtat av "Vacation Country", bara 45 mil NU från Traverse City.

Enheten har 1 queen size-säng, en fullstor futon-soffa, ett pentry och trådlöst internet från anläggningen finns vanligtvis. Pentryet är utrustat med en elektrisk stekpanna, disk, glas, bestick och krukor för enkel matlagning för fyra.

En kort promenad till klubbhuset för The Legend och Summit golfbanor. På vintern går du bara över parkeringsplatsen så är du redo att åka skidor vid toppmötet eller gå ombord på pendelbussen till Schuss Mountain. Nedförsskidåkare och snowboardåkare kommer att njuta av den kostnadsfria pendelbussen till Schussberget som går varje 15 minut hela dagen. Det är en 5 minuters resa.

Hyr snöskoter på orten vid Schuss Ski Shop och snöskoter Jordan Valley snöskoter trail system.

Golf den populära 'Chief' eller 'Hawk's Eye' inom 5 minuters bilresa.

Golf: Området är ett golfspelares paradis med 7 fantastiska golfbanor inom 10 minuters bilresa från lägenheten. Shanty Creek Resort har 4 mästerskapsbanor. Gå från lägenheten till klubbhuset för golfbanorna The Legend och Summit. Golf mästerskapet Cedar River banan designad av Tom Weiskoph eller The Legend designad av Arnold Palmer.

Du kan också golfa de populära banorna i området: 'The Chief', 'Hawk's Eye' eller Bellaire Golf Course alla inom 10 minuters bilresa från lägenheten.

Hösten färger är också spektakulära i denna del av norra Michigan. Ett utmärkt läge för dagsutflykter till Mackinaw Island, Traverse City, Sleeping Bear Dunes och mycket mer. Flera restauranger på orten.

Skidåkning: Schuss Mountain har fyra hissar med fyrhjulstolar, 37 körningar, 450 'vertikal, ombyggd terrängpark, nytt halvrör och nattskidåkning. Summit erbjuder utförsåkning, terrängpark och nybörjarkurser. Cedar River har en slangkörning tillgänglig för alla gäster på Shanty Creek Resort. De 30 km X-country-spåren är anpassade och kommer att vara en glädje för nybörjare eller avancerad skidåkare. Gå bara över parkeringsplatsen för att ta gratisbuss till skidområdet Schuss Mountain och tubparken Cedar River. Bussen går varje 15 minut. Det är en 5 minuters resa till utförsåkning och X-country skidåkning på Schuss Mountain. Hyr en snöskoter på plats efter timme, 1/2 dag eller dag och snöskoter Jordan Valley snöskoter spår.

Resort & Area bekvämligheter: Ligger på orten: Lakeview Restaurant, presentbutik, gym och spa (i Lakeview Hotel - en daglig avgift krävs). Ett antal restauranger ligger i Bellaire, bara 5 minuters bilresa från lägenheten. Summit Village Beach Club på Bellaire-sjön med fin sandstrand, lekplats och kolgrill finns gratis för alla gäster. Det finns en offentlig båtlansering bredvid Summit Village Beach Club. Båtuthyrning på Bellaire-sjön och nuvarande fiskeförhållanden finns tillgängliga genom Riverside Marina. Kajak-, flotte- och kanotuthyrning vid Jordanfloden finns tillgängliga genom Jordan Valley Outfitters.

Summer golf trip stay

This studio condo was a great fit for my golf trip. It was clean, quiet, and reasonably priced. The host was very responsive and helpful. I would consider renting again.

Great place for a single or couple

Great room, very updated. Was there coaching a ski camp and working remotely in evenings. Spacious and comfy and plenty of room to set up and do both.

Nice quiet studio in the summit village area of Bellaire. There's shopping options a few minutes away in downtown and the unit has a kitchenette for cooking rather than dining out all the time. The beach pass for the private beach club is an added bonus, and torch lake is just a bit further down the road. The unit was clean and well stocked with linens and spare blankets for our stay. Excellent communication from the owners re location and how to access the unit. Looking forward to our next trip.

Nice room for 2

This studio condo was perfect for our stay. It is not big, but had everything we needed, including a small kitchen area. It is nicely updated and was very clean! Convenient for exploring the lake shore and greater Traverse CIty area. The owner was easy to reach and very responsive to questions and requests. We had an amazing view of the beautiful sunset off the back of the property and were visited in the morning by a rafter of great big turkeys right outside the patio door.

Great dwelling for a short trip

The property was very nicely maintained, amd clean. We had everything we needed, just as the description in the listing stated. I was worried about he futon as a bed but it was actually very comfortable, and enough space for a Mom and child to sleep on. I was so happy ymthat the host even had some.coffe there, as I forgot mine. There was a pretty view of the lake just a few steps outside of the unit, and such a good bonus that the condo was located in walking distance to the Lakeview/Lakeside hotel which offers some evening activity. Our host was very responsive to any questions I had and just made it an enjoyable and smooth stay. We had no issues whatsoever and I would cchoose this location again. We never made it to the members-only beach, so I cant comme t in that. But I was very impressed that there was a shuttle service available to give us a ride to the downtown area of Bellaire and around Shanty Creek...available after 5pm. Great perks!

Great Location

Great location to the conference center and golf. Close to walk to those staying in the hotel, no need to drive. Cute studio condo! FYI, there is no closet to hang clothes.

Studio was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Owner was prompt with her response to my emails and I was given her phone number if I needed anything. The bed was very comfortable. The location was great. Would definitely stay again when in the area

Clean and simple

Condo was in a nice location, close to golf and main lodge, a couple restaurants that were open on the weekend. No frills, wouldn’t recommend if you want to cook actual meals but good for a comfortable bed and a good shower. No pool access but you can buy a pass to use the hot tub and workout room at the main lodge for about $10/day. Good communication with host. Bring everything you need, no extras that you might get in a hotel or B&B (e.g. BYO extra TP, towels if you want more than one, coffee, salt and pepper if you need them, lotion, shampoo; conditioner; soap, hairdryer, iron.)

Anniversary getaway

The condo was perfect for my wife & I as this was our first time in the area and it was pretty centrally located to many points of interest. Had a little trouble finding it (mostly because we left the info on the property at home when we left). Fortunately we were able to contact someone who put us in touch with Katy, who helped us get where we needed to be. The condo was comfortable, had everything we needed for our stay, very quiet for the most part (dogs in unit next door got a bit loud once but not unbearable). Would definitely stay there again.

Very convenient shanty creek condo

The unit is located in a great spot in the Summit Village at Shanty Creek with the hotel and restaurants in walking distance. Katy was very easy to work with. It’s a nice option for those looking to stay in Shanty.

Great owners.

The owners of this unit are great to deal with. This was my second summer in one of their properties. This unit is remodeled and nice for a weekend stay. It was a tad dark for my month long stay but worked just fine.

I grew up in Green Bay Wisconsin and went to UW-Madison. I always enjoyed the climate and change of seasons in Wisconsin. Early in my career I was transferred to Michigan to work in the automotive industry. Growing up golf was a very important part of my life and remains so today. Shortly after moving to Michigan, I went on golf trips in northern Michigan. Northern Michigan reminded me of Wisconsin although, truth be told, I thought it was even more beautiful. More golf courses and the sand dunes and bluffs on the northwest side of the state have no equal.

Varför värden valde detta boende

I chose Shanty Creek and specifically Windcliff, first because of the area. It is close to Traverse City, if you need any of the things a bigger city can offer. The golf and skiing are some of the best in the state. And even if you don't ski or play golf there is an unlimited amount of outdoor activities.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

My specific unit at Windcliff has recently been remodeled with maple cabinets, new refrigerator, new bath fixtures, granite counter tops and new tile in the bath and kitchenette and in-floor radiant heat. The Windcliff location is perfect. It is located right across the street from the Lakeview hotel and conference center, as well as across the street from the Legend/Summit golf course pro shop.

This unit is very comfortable for a couple or young family. And best of all I am able to price it at a very affordable rate. I really want to share the beauty of northern Michigan with as many people as possible. Use the 'BOOK IT' feature and reserve your next up north vacation.
