Njut av en magisk stil semester på vår ingen rökning villa Castaway. Beläget i denna mycket vacker utväg, 24 timmars bemannad säkerhet gated community prydd med vackra delfin fontäner och ligger bland skyddade våtmarker. Vår villa ligger väster precis utanför 192 på den exklusiva enklaven.
Villan har en vacker söderläge vid vattnet som kan avnjutas från baksidan av fastigheten som spänner över 60 'vars trädäck sträcker sig över hela längden. Perfekt för frukost eller kvällsmål under 23 'veranda. Det finns också en 30 "pool där du kan koppla av och varva ner och njuta av den lugna utsikten medan läppja bort på den tropiska cocktail.
En storslagen entré till en mycket stor och imponerande hall välkomnar dig. Alla rum är inredda till en annan spännande tema.
Bäddsrum.
1) Den kungliga befälhavaren svit är en massiv 42 "har en stor säng, byrå, night stands, armoire, altandörrar till poolområdet, välvda tak, 32" kabel T. V. Italienska accent möbler, takfläkt. Rymlig klädkammare. En underbart stor badrum bestående av dusch, hörnbadkar, separat toalett.
2) Lady bug rum har två twin / enkelsängar, separat klädkammare, en kort korridor till badrummet delas med röda rummet.
3) Romantiska röda rummet med drottning himmelssäng, takfläkt, kabel T. V. matchande möbler och stor garderob. Badrum delas med röda rummet.
4) Out of Africa rum har en drottning säng, ett eget tema badrum, kabel T. V. takfläkt, matchande sovrumsmöbler och tillbehör.
5) sport tema våningssäng sovrum har en tvilling / enkelsäng på toppen med en rymlig full säng vid basen. Den har sin egen tema badrum. Rummet har matchande möbler, gardiner och belysning / takfläkt.

Den stora rum och Lanai

Den stora rum är tema tropisk palm stil, har en 57 "kabel T. V. att titta på dina favoritprogram på den stora skärmen, en DVD / VCR-spelare, bio surroundljud och bakgrundsmusik kan också spelas till poolområdet och sovrummet. Altandörrar leder till den stora poolområdet, med en täckt Lanai. Området är söderläge och utsikt över sjön med skyddade tropiska våtmarker på baksidan. Området är mycket privat och perfekt för avkoppling, middag och varva ner och titta på vackra djur.

Matsalen.
Matsalen har en mer formell inställning, sittplatser 6/10 det är precis utanför köket. Köket vrå Området är perfekt för frukost inomhus eller förlänga matplats.

Egyptisk relaxrum.
Luta dig tillbaka och koppla av i den egyptiska tema relaxrum med några T. V. matchande accenter och elegant engelska skinnmöbler.

Nice home...great location!

This house is near Disney and not at all too far if you're in town for a convention at the Orange County Convention Center. You won't be disappointed if you book here!

Piece of paradise

We rented this home for a month and had a wonderful time. When you rent a place for a long time there is always a few hiccups but everything was addressed and fixed. The house was clean and well equipped, pictures were accurate.The pool area was amazing! The location was great. Close to parks, restaurants and shopping. Lovely place! Like I stated, a piece of paradise

Great home and location

Property accurately depicted in description and photos. 3-5 miles to parks. Takes 10-18 minutes depending on parks. Nice, gated neighborhood. Very safe. Lots of restaurants, Super Target, Wal-Mart, etc. Neighborhood is right by Maragaritavilke Resort Villas. Tons of room in the house. Recommend bringing a Roku or Firestick to watch TV. There were free Vizio streaming channels but we didn’t find any regular cable feed. We brought Roku & logged into YouTubeTV, Netflix, etc. no problem. Master bed mattress is what I’d consider cheap and stiff. However, I like extra firm mattress so was fine with me. Maybe not others. Foosball table doesn’t work but air hockey worked pretty well. Had fun with it. Property manager was very prompt in replies and needs. Would definitely stay again and will recommend to others.

Perfect home!

I spent 15 days in this lovely house between december 2017 and january 2018. We were a group of 5 adults and 3 kids (2, 5, 12 years old) and We had an amazing time there! The house is beautiful, well decorated with great furniture, the kitchen is full of everything we need, the rooms have plenty of space, comfortable beds and sheets, everything perfectly clean. The game room is cute and has a lot of options to entertain both young and older people. Very clean, by the way. For years, We spend holidays in Orlando renting houses and Castaway was, by far, the best one, in all criteria. The difference is probably the Love and Care the owners have for the property. The pool area is super spacious, but the climate didn’t allow us to enjoy it very much. Our trip was fantastic and The house has a big part on it. It’s important to say that the owner, David, gave me all the attention I needed since I contacted him for the first time. Always kind and with fast feedback. I would definitely recommend the house. Hope We have the opportunity to stay here again in a near future. Thaisa.

Family Holiday

We stayed in this property for 11 nights during August, the house is beautiful with plenty of space and a great location. It has everything you need and more and (David) the owner was very helpful both before and during our stay. I’m sure we’ll return to Orlando in the near future and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay in this property again. Many thanks

Great home

It was perfect for our needs as we we were here for a Disney wedding! Close to Disney and airport. The home was so relaxing, I wish we could have spent more time there. The only issue I encountered was that the heat for the pool was to be turned on before we got there. It wasn’t until 5:00 pm on our second day, after two phone calls that the management got around to turning it on.

A great stay.

The house was fantastic. Very well maintained inside and out. All the bedrooms and bathrooms, nobody in anybody's way. Everything was there In the kitchen for any meal. The pool was great. The pool guy came while we were there so you know for sure that it's being taken care of. The location is perfect for attractions and restaurants. I will check availability at this house first when I return to Florida.

Perfect Disney Home

This home is perfect for those with larger families. It has everything you need for an extended stay and is extremely clean. The neighborhood is gated and well kept. Restaurants, grocery stores and other amenities are a short driving distance away. It’s a 15 minute drive to Disney or less depending on which park you are visiting and it’s a much better value than staying in one of the Disney resorts.

GREAT TRIP

We very much enjoyed out stay at Castaway Villa at Emerald Island. Check in was super easy. No stress at all. The house was beautiful. Plenty of room. The floor plan is perfect for a vacation home. The back of the house and the pool face South and we had no neighbors to the rear. From the pool you can watch the sunrise , have sun all day, and watch the sun set. This was very important for us. Many of the homes at Emerald island do not have this. The owner, David, was very quick to respond to any questions, and the Property manager, Chris , was such a nice guy and also quick to respond. Disney parks are SO close. A quick easy drive with no tolls. Also MANY good restaurants within 5 minutes. We would not hesitate to rent here again!

Great Vacation Villa!

Two families of four stayed very comfortably in this home. The layout is the best thing about this villa. There is plenty of space to gather as a family, yet plenty of space for some down time for those looking to read or nap. The location was ideal. So close to Disney! The property owner was very responsive and the financial transactions, even deposit return, was very fluid. We found the property to be very clean. The property manager was available all week for two issues we had. We had reserved pool heat knowing that February's temperatures are unreliable. When we arrived, the pool heat was not working. The property manager came out and confirmed it needed repair that could not be scheduled until after we left. Fortunately, we had a warm February week for our trip, but had it been any cooler we would not have been able to use the pool. The property manager came out on another occasion to repair a broken burner on the stove. He was always very prompt and professional. The villa's appliances are due to for replacement, however, the furniture, etc. is all very nice. We would definitely reserve this villa again. The layout alone is perfect for our family and made for a very comfortable vacation. I would recommend making sure the pool heat is in working order when traveling during winter months.

Beautiful property - Highly recommended

Emerald Island is secure, very well maintained and is close to the 192 with easy access to all of the parks. This is the the third different property we have stayed at on Emerald Island resort. All three properties have been very good but this one is by far the best and we would certainly look to stay here again. The pictures really don't do this property justice, the home is huge even by American standards, tastefully decorated and everything was spotless on our arrival. The Pool deck is very large with a nice pool, jacuzzi and a large deck. The location of this property on Emerald Island is also great, backing onto a small lake and not overlooked by any other property. The owner David was very helpful and prompt with all of the communications and we would have no hesitation in recommending this property to anyone.

Beautiful home in gated community

We stayed in this lovely home for 12 days. From the moment we stepped in it felt like a “home” not just a rental property. It’s tastefully furnished and has everything you will need. Plenty of plates/glasses and silverware. Upon arrival there were notes welcoming us and detailing the area and when garbage/recycling days were. Best part is there is no need to put the bins out. The community does it AND puts them back! Took the hassle of trying to not forget the days. There is basic setup for when we first arrived. All bathrooms had one roll with the little shampoo/conditioner bottles to start off. Small dish soap and one pack for dishwasher. There is a SuperTarget or Walmart all within a few miles to stock up on what you will need while there. Pool area is nicely appointed with ample seating for everyone. Nice open field and pond behind house so no rear neighbors. The spa jets did not work even after being looked at twice. So that was a damper that there was no spa for the 12 days. Other than that issue I highly recommend this home. And the owner David was easy to reach as well. Very pleasant experience.

Stunning property!
