Discover your charming Cape Cod getaway along historic 6A in Yarmouth Port. This spacious Captain's home is brimming with antique charm and a welcoming floorplan. Enjoy a bright, updated kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and an island bar. Dine in style with bay windows and plenty of seating in the formal dining room. Relax in two cozy living areas with wide plank floors. You'll also find a comfy sleeping area with a twin/trundle bed and full size bathroom with a stand up shower in the hallway.
The second floor offers three inviting bedrooms and a handy hallway bathroom. There's even a full size washer/dryer for your convenience. Each room boasts lovely Cape Cod decor. Keep in mind, the vintage charm comes with a slanted ceiling, which you'll pass through to get to the twin bedroom and bathroom/laundry.
The exterior of the home won't disappoint! Relax on the brick patio, dine outside, or have fun in the detached garage with a ping pong table and TV. Perfect for family time with lots of room to spread out.
Enjoy a morning walk to charming shops and cafes. Dennis Pond is just 0.4 mile away, ideal for swimming, fishing and kayaking. Even with Resident only parking, walking or drop off is a breeze. Don't miss Gray's Beach, 2 miles away, known for stunning sunsets and a lovely boardwalk.
