Great location and condo. Welcoming, friendly, staff. The gym is very well equipped. Unfortunately, the pool leaked, so the elevator was not available towards the last five days of our trip. The water pressure can be quite weak at times.

Beautiful property

The property was phenomenal and the pool area spectacular. There were a few glitches in booking through VRBO, but once I arrived at the property, Eddie was a great host. We had one issue with a door that wouldn’t lock and he sent out maintenance to deal with the issue. If I ever returned to Puerto Vallarta, I would happily stay here again.

I enjoy staying at SOHO PV. This was the first time staying in this unit. Overall, very much recommend. There seemed to be problems with communication regarding the check in process. The morning of my arrival, I was about to board a plane from the US to Mexico and still had not received a response to my questions about check in /access instructions. I had to call VRBO for help. Shortly after, Emmanuel contacted me and sorted everything out. The unit is lovely and spacious. Best roof top pool in the Romantic Zone. A few items that would be great to have in the unit - a blow-dryer in the downstairs bath (there is only one and it's upstairs), multiple people sharing one wasn't ideal. Hangers in the closets. There is lovely built-in wardrobes in both bedrooms but no hangers for your clothes. These are very minor suggestions for what is otherwise a great place to stay.

We were excited to have reserved this unit. Overall the experience was good. Here are the pros and cons to the unit and property. Pros:-Unit was beautiful and clean.-Unit has nice space and balcony to enjoy.-The view from the unit was great!-The host provides toiletries to include detergent which was very nice.-Gym was nice and better than a hotel gym.Cons-The walls and doors have zero insulation so we heard EVERYTHING the other unit occupants said and was doing. It was really annoying in the evening when they were screaming and had their music blasted.-Elevators are limited and you have to use two to get to the unit. Depending on the time of day it could take awhile. -Pool rules are ridiculous! You cannot move your lounge chair a couple inches because you will be told to keep it in its place. Why? No clue You cannot bring any water bottles, electrolytes or any outside hydration beverage. I could see no alcohol but PV gets hot why can’t we take hydration drinks???You cannot play your Bluetooth speaker even when there is a few people there. I was told to turn it off when I had it on very low then the staff turned off all the music and played the soccer game. A little later a staff member was walking h around singing (horribly too). I have never seen a pool be this strict in all our travels. It was a huge turn off for us.
