Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of space for the entire family! There was even an ice cream truck that came around. Would definitely stay here again if in the area! Dan was great with any questions or concerns we had!

The stay at the property was great. Property was clean, host Dan was very attentive, made sure we had everything we needed. The price was very reasonable for the days we stayed and for the size of the house. I would stay there again and would recommend it. Our family had a great stay! Thank you!

This VRBO is so spacious. Enough room for a family to spend time together. It was 102 degrees which was hard to deal with but other than that and no grass, we had a great time. The beds and bathrooms were clean and comfortable with extra towels and the fridge ice maker was a nice addition. I suggest a few more kitchen hand towels and dish rags.

Beautiful home just wasn’t clean and leftover food and drinks were left in the refrigerator and there were no towels to shower and the backyard was dirty and the entire house needs a spring cleaning

This was awful! The maid was in the home when we got there at 10:30pm. She then came back into the home when she left. She didn't even knock. The house was disgusting and so bad that we didn't stay there. We had no idea who she was and she just came back in and had access to the garage. I am sure she was lying there. There was a lot wrong. The owner messaged the next day and gave me our money back.

The property was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Plenty of space. I didn’t receive the email describing the check-in process but when I reached out to Dan, he responded quickly and resolved the issue. The Property is located in a clean and quiet community. I loved the open kitchen area. Lots of space to move around. Although it’s not mentioned in the amenities, there is a grill on the property that’s available for use. Unfortunately, the back yard could use some landscaping. The back yard is full of dirt which limited time spent out there. My grand kids visited and my grandson found a dead pigeon in the yard.We had a small issue with the air conditioning that went on for several hours . The temperature inside became quite uncomfortable for everyone. However, when I reached out to Dan, he responded and did everything to make sure the issue was resolved and the air conditioning was working again to our satisfaction. Dan’s attentiveness really was appreciated. With all that I’ve written, the issues were not enough to deter me from renting the place again.

One bed was a box spring with a sheet on it so that sucked. The host ordered a new mattress which arrived in time for us to use it for one night but that should have never been an issue. My daughter slept on the couch for 2 nights.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Friendly neighborhood with walking/running trails. The park near by has pickle ball courts and a skate park. Tres Ríos Preservation is close with above flat outdoor trail with water and animals to see. Also close to State Farm Stadium and Phoenix Raceway. The home is a new build in a developing area.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

New house with brand new appliances, dishwasher, stove , fridge, washer and dryer. Split floor plan so the master bedroom is separate from the rest with its own full bathroom and a huge walk in closet.
