Great vacation on Rincon

Condo is in a great location for shopping and doing short trips to beautiful beaches.No easy access by just walking.Goof Snorkeling very close.

Beautiful beach. Rooftop private area is the best! Morning coffee and sunsets are memorable. Was disappointed there is no bbq grill even though that was on the description.

Loved the access to beach and the bakery and supermarket across the street. Also, the apartment was close to Rincon.The photos of the apartment were obviously taken a long time ago - it’s overdue for updating.

Great vacation

The apartment was nice and clean. The sofa was so comfortable and so was the master bed. The condo is right across the street from the supermarket and very convenient also a quick walk to the town plaza. I would stay here again.

Great place

We had a great time at the condo. Parking was easy, there was easy walking access to the nearby beach and it was convenient to other local beaches and attractions.. The place was clean with nice views. The roof deck is very nice although we only used it once sense we were just as happy sitting on the balcony. Overall we would recommend staying here and had a very nice vacation.

Perfect place to stay in RincĂłn!!

This condo was perfect for our family! The beach was in walking distance and was beautiful! The pool was nice for our kids to swim at night, and the showers by the pool were nice. The condo had beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella for us to use. Grocery store was nice to have across the street. We will definitely be back! Hosts were wonderful, and were easy to communicate with.

Hi, We loved the condo. It was roomy and nicely decorated. The hot water was never hot. You might want to check the washer and dryer as they didn't work at times. We would stay here again. Thanks!

Two Weeks in Paradise!

We stayed in this condo for 2 weeks in July. It is very clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. It has spectacular views of the beach and canal. The beach is an easy walk from the unit and was nearly empty most days so we felt like we had it to ourselves. The unit is close to Rincon town center and several restaurants and there is a supermarket and bakery right across the street.

Beautiful beach

We had a great time. Absolutely loved the beach. Was in a good location to take day trips to other areas of PR. Didn’t have hot water & hardly any sink pressure in master bath but I know Marshall would have fixed the issues if I had let him know. Shower was warm enough to use. Place could use a deep cleaning & a few more items in Kitchen. Overall fantastic experience and beautiful beach.

Sunny days!

Spacious, clean. Pool looked nice, but we never went as you are a short walk to a very relaxing, nice swimmable beach. Path right around the corner. Short drive to the major surfing beaches in Rincón. Well equipped with beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and cooler. Plenty to account for our family of 4! Supermarket and bakery across the street. Plenty to see and do in Rincon even if you’re not surfers. Many restaurants nearby. We really enjoyed our stay here!

All around amazing location

This is an amazing place. A short path to an amazing beach, beautiful views from the unit. One of the best places to see a Rincon sunset, from the private roof top patio. A delicious bakery/sandwich/coffee shop directly across the street, as well as a fully stocked grocery store. Awesome restaurants, local food trucks, and shopping all within walking distance! Just a short stroll from the plaza mayor, center of town! Rainforest and waterfalls are a short ways away as well. This is an awesome place to see Rincon from, and a short trip to all West Coast activities, and just a couple hours from San Juan. Will definitely be back!

We live in the Milwaukee, WI area and first had the idea of Puerto Rico in 2015. We looked at properties on the east, north and west coasts, and ultimately made the easy decision to settle on Rincon. We travel to Puerto Rico a couple times per year (It is never enough). We know that when we go, it will be 80s and sunny. Every day.

The beach is very low traffic due its seclusion. Sea turtles lay eggs on the section of the beach and the hatch each summer.
