Great vacation on Rincon

Condo is in a great location for shopping and doing short trips to beautiful beaches.No easy access by just walking.Goof Snorkeling very close.

Nice location

Loved the access to beach and the bakery and supermarket across the street. Also, the apartment was close to Rincon.The photos of the apartment were obviously taken a long time ago - it’s overdue for updating.

Nice apartment, good location, not clean

Loved the condo property and would’ve given 5 stars except when we arrived it was apparent the condo had been empty and not looked over for some time. There was a thick layer of dust on everything, smoke detector missing in children’s room, bird droppings covering the entire balcony and lounge furniture, and small issues like towel racks falling out of the walls. Cleaned the apartment myself and found the cleaning tools to be well beyond use and dirty. Owner didn’t seem proactive in correcting what we walked into was disappointing.

Loved It!

Property was as advertised! Great location and accessibility. Appreciated how well appointed the condo was! Property shows some wear but definitely not unexpected for the area and weather conditions. Major bonus to be close proximity to a grocery store and bakery. Our stay was the 2nd week of September, rainy season was upon us! Location allowed us versatility and options for north and south parts of west coast. ONLY downside was proximity to the road and road noise; one night a local scooter motorcade went by, maybe 50 of em, with their music extremely!!! loud. No fault of the owner, just something to be mindful of if youre a light sleeper. We hope to be a repeat renter!

Property is not polished as pictures

I booked this last minute. The apartment is a bit dated and pictures paint a different story. Communication was a bit stressful with attachment not loading properly thru the app and after several attempts thru host, it was texted to me.

Out home away from home for 2 weeks!!

My husband, both adult kids and I stayed at the condo for 2 full weeks and we had the best time!! The place has everything you need, best part for me was the washer and dryer haha They provide everything. Beach towels, regular towels, extra sheets and even reusable bags you’ll need when getting groceries. Places to eat: La Ricomini bakery is right across the street where you’ll find yourself eating the best sandwiches, sweets ever more than you would think and Econo grocery store also where we got all our groceries for quick breakfast, snacks and everything in between. You’ll find other places to stop by for a quick bite including the food trucks only walking distance. The beach: There's a beach access area from the condo. Just walk down the side walk towards the back and take the small trail on the left side along the palm trees and at the end, paradise awaits!! That spot feels like a private beach cause not many locals use that area. The owner also provides beach chairs, umbrella, coolers to use when you go to the beach. Just make sure to rinse everything before putting it away. This condo has private entrance and we felt safe the entire time. The pool area has showers, restroom/changing area also and tables and chairs. Overall we had a great experience we will definitely stay there on our next trip!!

Beautiful beach

We had a great time. Absolutely loved the beach. Was in a good location to take day trips to other areas of PR. Didn’t have hot water & hardly any sink pressure in master bath but I know Marshall would have fixed the issues if I had let him know. Shower was warm enough to use. Place could use a deep cleaning & a few more items in Kitchen. Overall fantastic experience and beautiful beach.

Rincon Stay

Near downtown with many food choices and gas and stores. Things are not as new as they look in the pictures. There's a broken tile on the balcony along with broken pieces from the master bedroom a/c, though it still worked well. The bed in the second bedroom had what looked like water damage at the bottom corners, though I don't know how that's possible with the unit being on the fourth floor. The water from the master bath sink only comes out in a small trickle. Also, you have to provide your own shampoo and body wash. Other than that, the unit was clean enough. You can walk down to the beach from the apartment, and our walk along the beach one morning was beautiful.

Hi, We loved the condo. It was roomy and nicely decorated. The hot water was never hot. You might want to check the washer and dryer as they didn't work at times. We would stay here again. Thanks!

All around amazing location

This is an amazing place. A short path to an amazing beach, beautiful views from the unit. One of the best places to see a Rincon sunset, from the private roof top patio. A delicious bakery/sandwich/coffee shop directly across the street, as well as a fully stocked grocery store. Awesome restaurants, local food trucks, and shopping all within walking distance! Just a short stroll from the plaza mayor, center of town! Rainforest and waterfalls are a short ways away as well. This is an awesome place to see Rincon from, and a short trip to all West Coast activities, and just a couple hours from San Juan. Will definitely be back!

We live in the Milwaukee, WI area and first had the idea of Puerto Rico in 2015. We looked at properties on the east, north and west coasts, and ultimately made the easy decision to settle on Rincon. We travel to Puerto Rico a couple times per year (It is never enough). We know that when we go, it will be 80s and sunny. Every day.

The beach is very low traffic due its seclusion. Sea turtles lay eggs on the section of the beach and the hatch each summer.
