Javelins have taken permanent residence in this neighborhood. They even know when it's trash day! Please make sure garbage pails are fastened with provided straps at all times when not at street. Follow trash day procedures in house manual and make sure to promptly put them at street and bring them back in. They will make a mess of it!

A Lockbox is located opposite the front door on the post directly behind you at eye level. Inside the key will be used for access to the home.

As a host I am available as needed please feel free to text for immediate access or call in an emergency.

Any loud noises or disturbances reported after 8pm will incur a $1,000 fine.

A locked security door will incur an emergency visit from a door locksmith and will be fined the amount.

With its prime location, you will be just a short drive away from popular attractions such as the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum, Tubac Presidio State Historic Park, and Madera Canyon. Don't miss out on the chance to experience the beauty and relaxation of Green Valley. There is a walking path you have access to behind the home. Please remember to close the gate.

For Access to the GVR there will be a fee assessed upon request.

Although you are within 3 minutes from most stores, a rideshare or vehicle is recommended.

There is a temporary hold of $500 for each reservation. It will held beginning 2 days prior to checkout and automatically release within 10 days. Please note this is not a charge unless damages are incurred.
Leave beds unmade and place towels on the floor in the bathroom.

House must be broom swept and all perishable items tossed in the outdoor garbage pails.

Please place ALL trash in garbage bags, trash can is located outside the front door under the carport.

There is 2 reserved parking spot for your stay in front of the unit under carport. No street, RV, or commercial vehicle parking.

Loud noise should be limited after the hours of 8pm and before 8am.

Air conditioning should be turned to 80 degrees checkout (summer bookings)

Heat to be set to 55 at checkout (winter bookings)

Ensure all lights are off and windows and doors are locked at checkout.

Must place covers on all outdoor furniture on patio prior to checkout or when not in use (if provided).

Be sure to collect all belongings, any personal items left behind will be discarded after check-out.

Do not flush personal hygiene products down the drain.

Please leave washing machine door open after use to avoid condensation in between stay's.

Do not alter, remove or cause any damage to landscaping. This action will result in a fine. This property is managed by a professional gardener.
