The apartment offers all the comfort and convenience you deserve, with modern and well-equipped spaces, ensuring an unforgettable stay.
The space is designed to provide you with the best experience, whether itâs resting after a sunny day or taking advantage of the nearby bars, restaurants, and attractions of Barra.

With a large 58" Smart TV for moments of leisure, you'll also have access to a modern refrigerator, microwave, and a 2-burner induction cooktop for easy meal preparation. The oven provides additional cooking options, while the sandwich maker and orange juicer make your mornings more practical and enjoyable. Coffee lovers will appreciate the available coffee maker, and the washing machine adds convenience for longer stays. The bathroom includes a bidet shower, and for your convenience, the apartment is also equipped with a hairdryer, iron, ironing board, and a clothes drying rack. Everything has been designed to offer you a comfortable, practical, and complete experience during your stay.
The pool will be unavailable for maintenance from 08/25 to 09/06.
The condominium's pool and gym are freely accessible during your stay in the apartment and for common use. The condominium also provides common areas such as a barbecue area and a party room with a gourmet area that can be reserved in advance, subject to payment of the utilization fees set by the condominium.
The pool typically closes on Mondays for treatment, but the condominium administration may close it on other days of the week for maintenance.
During the period of Salvador's Carnaval, the use of the parking space is restricted, and it is not possible for guests to use it. The reason is the vehicle circulation restrictions imposed by the Salvador City Hall.
The communication with guests is done as promptly as possible to make them feel welcomed, both through the platform and by phone.
