Loved the pool!

We really enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again. Be aware there is a neighbor that shares a common wall and so it isn’t totally private but they don’t share the pool.

Thank you for your feedback. We wanted to share that since your stay, the home has undergone a full renovation and is now a private 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom space exclusively for guest use. The property no longer operates with any long-term tenants, and all shared areas have been converted into private guest spaces. We appreciate your input, as it helped guide the improvements that have since been made to enhance our guests’ experience.

House was great I think our only complaint was the pool was dirty when we got there and around the pool was full of leaves so we had to get the broom out and then spray around the whole pool to help with all the dirt around pool so it wouldn’t get back in the pool would benefit with a good power washing and some patching of the screen around pool Otherwise the stay was wonderful

Thank you so much for your feedback, Joseph. We’re really glad to hear you had a wonderful stay overall! We do wish we had known about the pool during your visit, as we would have gladly sent someone out right away to take care of the cleaning for you. Your comfort is very important to us. We also wanted to let you know that we noticed a small hole in the screen and have since repaired it to help keep the pool area cleaner moving forward. Thank you again for staying with us—we truly appreciate your feedback and hope to host you again in the future!

Awesome

I wanted a lovely little place to spend a few days with my fiancé after not seeing him for over 2 years and this home was amazing. The pool just added to the ambiance I had hoped to create for us. It was so perfect, we just didn't want to leave it. Thank you for making our weekend memorable.

Terrible Experience

Wish I could include pictures but we left this property after being there an hour. There was a hidden room area There was on side of the house that had a tenant we were unaware that has access to "private pool" area.

Family friendly with good accommodations. The lanai allows you to enjoy the florida sun without the mosquitoes. In the pool, or lounging on the outdoor couches, your bug free. Fully stocked with pots, pans, etc and several board games to keep the kids occupied. Location is in the city, but felt safe. Host was very engaged with communication/questions and the place was well maintained. I would have liked to see more towels, but a washer and dryer was on-site if needed.

We came for a 10 day vacation to go to all the parks we could. It was so nice to have Busch Gardens, and Adventure Island just down the road, literally 5 minutes. The house was well stocked with all we needed. My daughter even made waffles for us in the morning with a little waffle maker. The kids got in the pool every day they could. The hosts were so accommodating to all of your needs, and very quick to respond to any issues that we had. Would give more stars if I could.
