General Rules
Check-in: After 4:00PM
Check-out: By 11:00AM
Maximum guests: 8 guests
Minimum age to rent: 21 A valid government-issued ID is required before check-in.
No parties or events allowed.
No smoking or vaping inside the property.

Local Booking Policy
To reduce the risk of unauthorized parties or misuse, we generally do not accept bookings from individuals who live within a 30-mile radius of the property. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis after direct communication and approval. Bookings from locals made without prior approval may be subject to cancellation.

Security
Outdoor cameras are installed at entry points for your safety and to monitor check-in compliance.

Tampering with cameras or Wi-Fi equipment is grounds for immediate eviction.

Noise & Respect for Neighbors
Quiet hours are from 10:00PM to 8:00AM.
Please be respectful of neighbors at all times.
Loud music, yelling, or other disruptive behavior is not permitted.

Visitors & Guest Limit
Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
No unapproved visitors
Please notify us in advance of any changes to your guest count.

Please note that certain closets, the garage, and the office are off-limits during your stay. These spaces are used for owner storage and are not accessible to guests. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting these areas.

We reserve the right to cancel bookings that do not meet these requirements. Failure to adhere to these policies may result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.
