VÄrt hus ligger precis utanför State Highway 285. Det Àr mycket riktigt med massor av parkering. Vi Àr granne med Poffs Place agnbutik och inom gÄngavstÄnd (0. 4 mil) av lansering av motorvÀgsbÄt, Espyville marina / bÄtuthyrning och dollaraffÀren. Vi har massor av gÄrdsplatser för barnen att leka eller koppla av och njuta av en ganska natt pÄ uteplatsen vid elden.
VÄrt hus har tre sovrum. Sovrum 1 har en queen size-sÀng. Sovrum 2 har en full sÀng. Sovrum 3 har tvÄ enkelsÀngar. Vardagsrummet har en bÀddsoffa i full storlek. Vi har kabel, DVD-spelare och wifi. Kontakta oss gÀrna om du har frÄgor.

Great Property, Location and Owner

Outside is clean and spacious. Large shade trees kept things cool even when the temperature was in the 90’s. Inside are 3 nice bedrooms with closets
a good size living room
a large kitchen table with a nice kitchen. The bathroom had some upgrades with a good sized bath tub/shower. The air conditioning was more than adequate to keep the whole place comfortably cool. The owner was very nice to deal with and close by
as they own the adjacent business. Location

location! Walking distance to causeway, yet on a very quiet gravel road
great for bike riding and walks! Overall I highly recommend this property!

Lovely place, recently renovated, close to the Pymatuning Reservoir

This is a lovely property close to a number of interesting tourist spots like the Linesville Spillway and good beaches and boat landings for swimming, fishing, and other water sports. The beds are in need of new mattresses but our family of six were able to make out fine.

Very cute place!

Love this place! Very cute and quiet. Only thing was the fireplace wasn’t working and was pretty chilly inside. Other than that, property owners were very nice and very communicative! Would do again!
