We are a pet-friendly home! Please let us know about your furry friend when booking. We simply ask that you treat our home with the care and respect you would your own. A full list of house rules is available in the house manual upon arrival.

* **Amenities: ** To ensure the hot tub stays sparkling clean, we provide simple instructions for maintaining water quality during longer stays. Should the propane for the grill or fire table run low, refills are conveniently available at a nearby Walmart.

* **Host Availability: ** Please remember you are staying in a home, not a hotel. While there is no one on-site 24/7, we are always available to address any problems that may arise as quickly as possible.

* **Security: ** For your peace of mind, the property is monitored by 24/7 ADT security.

* **Connectivity: ** Enjoy high-speed 1000 Mbps Wi-Fi and Smart TVs in all rooms with Sling TV & Amazon Prime.
