This completely private, pet-friendly studio/mother-in-law suite is nestled in a stunning Mediterranean-style home, set on two expansive lots directly overlooking Perdido Bay Golf Course. Enjoy the convenience of separate private parking and a dedicated separate entrance, ensuring your stay is secure, private and effortless.
Just MINUTES to the paper white sands of Perdido Key!
Just minutes away, discover the pristine beaches of Perdido Key, renowned for their sparkling waters and powdery white sand. This unique home boasts charming features including a tile roof, wrought iron gates and accents, and a picturesque courtyard, all set within a tranquil golf course community.

Enjoy a hassle-free stay with our convenient disposable paper and plasticware for easy clean-up. Your space features a coffee bar, microwave, mini fridge, and toaster, providing everything you need for a comfortable visit. Whether youâre enjoying meals in your unit or exploring the fantastic local food delivery options, youâll feel right at home!
You will have your own parking spaces on the second / side driveway (by the garage) which is closest to the entrance of your private guest unit! There are no shared interior spaces in your suite, making it completely private. The back yards are also not shared, you will have your very own private fenced back yard for your studio guest suite and the main house will have theirs. Both overlooking the beautiful golf course! The hot tub is only for the main house, and will be off limits for guests of this guest suite.
This Guest Suite has its own private entrance (no interior shared spaces), and its very own fenced private back yard! The back yard to the main house is for main house only as well. Making for a private experience!
Ring video doorbell (no other cameras anywhere on cottage) There are no holds on the security deposit and it will remain in your account, damage is only charged if we find damage after the stay.
This property is very central, and located in a beautiful neighborhood close to many attractions!
