Enjoy all the comforts of home! This lovely ranch-style home offers plenty of space to relax and unwind.
Guests have their private space with two bedrooms and two baths, a living room, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. They also enjoy full access to the 2-car garage and washer and dryer.
The backyard offers a tranquil oasis complete with an outdoor couch, table and chairs, BBQ grill, smoker, fire pit, fruit trees, and turf for you and your furry friends to enjoy.

Bedroom 1: King bed with high-quality mattress, smart TV, en-suite bathroom, sliding glass door to backyard.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed with brand new mattress, TV with fire stick.
Full Bathroom: Tub/shower combo
Backyard Games: Corn Hole, Soft-tip Lawn Darts, and Giant Checkers.
Immaculate Sanitized Bathrooms
All contain essential toiletries & plush cotton towels.

Guests will have a personalized code for the front door and have access to the garage.

Early check-in and late check-outs are allowed if the property is available. Please inquire about the FEE. Strictly based on availability.
This house does NOT allow parties, loud music, or guests past 9 pm. This is a quiet family neighborhood.
This house has ample parking, but it limited to two cars in the garage and two cars in the driveway. We can accommodate trailer parking if needed, please contact us for details.
Absolutely NO SMOKING in the house. If there is any sign of smoking. A minimum of a $500 cleaning fee will be charged. This home is not smoker-friendly. Please consider staying at a different property if you smoke.
Up to 2 pets are allowed.
Please contact about pets staying in the home (we are flexible). If a pet damages or makes a mess to the property, additional cleaning charges will be applied. Please pick up dog poop upon check out to avoid additional charges.
If the home requires additional cleaning due to smoking or pets making a large mess, then additional fees will be charged.
This home is equipped with a smart thermostat. To help conserve energy and prevent damage to heating/cooling system, the thermostat does have set parameters. During summer months, a minimum temperature of 70 degrees will be set.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
The Paradise Valley area is close to so many great attractions. Dining and shopping are just around the corner. Hiking trails can be found just a couple miles down the road. Next door to Scottsdale and only about a 20 minute drive from the airport.

I designed my home to be an oasis for relaxation. Thereâs a big comfy couch, ultra comfortable King sized bed, and a quiet backyard for both you and your fur babies.
