It sounds like you liked the condo, and hopefully were happy enough with my responses to you. I’m assuming you chose to give us only a 1 star rating because the outdoor pool was closed for the duration of your stay. I am not happy about that either and communicated with the management company about it but that was a HOA decision and totally out of my control. They told me they closed it for safety reasons. I’m sorry it affected your stay.

Our stay at the condo was amazing! We absolutely loved the floor-to-ceiling views and enjoyed relaxing in the recliner while watching both the sunrise and sunset. The pool was beautiful and never crowded, which made it even more enjoyable. We also appreciated the thoughtful lost-and-found area with pool and beach toys that guests could borrow as needed. The hosts were easy to contact and very responsive during check-in, making the entire process smooth. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The host was immediately responsive when we had an issue with one of the window blinds. Mark fixed it for us as promised! The views from this building are amazing. My husband repeatedly said he felt like he was in Vegas! The unit was clean, but I would not say spotless. There were drink rings (coffee, milk) on the countertop and recliner respectively. One recliner also had foot stuck on it, and I rubbed it down before feeling comfortable sitting on it. Some glass tops on tables were in need of a good scrubbing. Floors surfaces were visibly clean but not underneath furniture. Baseboards could use a good wipe down. The mattresses are definitely past their prime. A cushiony mattress is great until it isn’t. There are visible/physically detectable body impressions on 2/3 mattresses (second primary mattress was not as bad) and all guests remarked that their beds were definitely not great. When on vacation, the condition of the beds is very high on my list. We wrestled with the sheets at night because the fitted sheets were not designed for that depth of mattress. Be prepared that you will receive only one dishwasher packet for your stay. We arrived very late on Friday night and were surprised to see not even one coffee filter for the next morning. I am sure that was in the description somewhere, but I missed it. Also, the entire time only one of the two elevators was working. Overall, this is a good unit and we generally enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location with all the amenities

Place was perfect location for us, had all the necessary amenities to stay with chairs and umbrella to spend time at the beach. HConnie was very responsive and thoughtful in making sure we knew about holiday fireworks during our stay. Would stay here again.
