“Ellie’s Lookout” is a beautiful new construction mountain cabin in a safe, quiet, and gated community located just outside of Pigeon Forge. The cabin features two king bedrooms on the main floor, each with a full bathroom, and a third king bedroom with full bathroom on the second floor. The second-floor loft offers a double bunk bed with arcade games, board games, and a pool table! Enjoy the private hot tub overlooking the beautiful Smokies or share a fun and relaxing time with friends and family nestled by our outdoor gas firepit.

Your entire family will have plenty of room to spread out across three beautifully decorated bedrooms and second floor loft area. A Pack n Play is available upon request.

Bedroom 1 is on the main level featuring a king size bed with Roku TV and full bathroom with tub/shower.

Bedroom 2 is on the main level featuring a king size bed with Roku TV and full bathroom with tub/shower.

Bedroom 3 is on the upper level featuring a king size bed with Roku TV and full bathroom with tub/shower.

Full size bunk bed is located on the upper level loft area.

*Kitchen and Great Room*

The kitchen is well stocked with everything you will need, including a Keurig duo coffee maker, crockpot, blender, excellent selection of cookware, utensils, tableware, and serving dishes.

Kitchen seats up to 10 – enjoy family meals at the dining table with seating for 6 and 4 barstools at the counter.

The great room offers a comfy sofa and seating options surrounding a gas fireplace to snuggle up beside to relax and gather together. Enjoy each others company by relaxing, playing a game, or watching Roku TV (no cable).

*Outside Space*

Soak in the amazing views of the Smoky Mountains and take a deep breath of that fresh mountain air! Our cabin is nestled on just under 1 acre of land, offering plenty of space and privacy. Sip your morning coffee or afternoon beverage on the porch or enjoy some relaxing time in the hot tub. Enjoy a campfire at the gas firepit and food on the grill – perfect for these cool mountain evenings!

GUEST ACCESS

You will have access to the entire cabin and all amenities, including all neighborhood amenities.

Shagbark Estates and Resort is a premiere community in the Smoky Mountains offering security, privacy, and plenty of neighborhood amenities.

You will receive a gate pass when you arrive at the guard gate. IF YOU ARE BRINGING MORE THAN 1 VEHICLE PLEASE LET US KNOW.

Roads in the neighborhood are mostly paved, with some gravel roads that are well maintained by the neighborhood. Roads can be windy and steep within the neighborhood, but are generally accessible with any vehicle, weather permitting. In the event of snow, the roads in Shagbark are plowed and maintained by the neighborhood, but the driveway would remain untreated.

48 hours prior to your arrival we will message you with directions, your door code, and other check-in details.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am. You must inquire at least 48 hours in advance for early check in or late check out (subject to availability, as the cabin is meticulously cleaned before the next guest's arrival).

The hot tub should not be set below 100 or above 104 degrees. Use at your own risk – people with various medical conditions and pregnant women should not use the hot tub. Alcohol should not be consumed while in or near the hot tub. Please no glass containers in or near the hot tub.

The cabin will come with starter packs of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, shampoo/soap; however, you will likely need to supplement with your own during your stay! Coffee and kitchen condiments are not provided.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

Pet policy: NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. In an effort to be considerate of our guests with allergies this policy is strictly enforced. Any unauthorized animals discovered on the premise will incur a charge of $500 per occurrence, as well as termination of the stay without refund.

Smoking Policy: NO SMOKING ALLOWED indoors or near the house. Smoking at the property will result in a $500 cleaning fee, as well as termination of the stay without refund. If you do need to smoke, please use the firepit area ONLY, and make sure to clean up any trash after yourself.

We do not offer refunds for weather, natural disasters, power outages, or anything outside of our control. We suggest considering travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances.

There is an outdoor Ring security camera. This camera is for your protection. Any attempt to tamper with this or with the smart locks will result in a $150 fine and termination of the stay without refund
